This cost $12….thats as much as Starbucks. And the most petite 16 oz I’ve ever seen. Atmosphere is nice, food is average to slightly above, and very expensive. I’ve just never seen the value in this franchise.

I ordered my pastries at the kiosk and was told by a man to wait at the pickup area, he then began cleaning the baked goods area. I’m thinking couldn’t he just get my order? 15 minutes later still no food. Finally I said to a woman making sandwiches when do I get my baked goods? I got no response. A lady came from out back and offered to help me. She got my baked goods and brought them to me. She said I’m the only one who speaks English here. Why couldn’t the man have just filled my order?

Absolutely gross. Nasty wilted lettuce in both my salad and my sandwich. Got a roasted turkey avocado sandwich and they didn’t put avocado in the sandwich. Dressing cups are only a quarter full.

Spent $15 on a side and asked for dressing on the side, got 2 containers of dressing that were BARELY filled. Doesn’t even cover half the of the salad well.

@ The Newburyport address we had a great costumer service experience. However the staff was somehow not aware of dirty dishes piled at the trash station, dirty tables as well floor. They were not busy and it’s too bad no manger on staff to help keep this nice restaurant in good shape.

I will no longer go to this Panera location. I understand many retail spaces and restaurants are under staffed, but quality customer service goes a long way, especially now. I use to buy my staff lunch once a month from here and purchase for myself frequently. But the last few times I’ve ordered/visited I’ve had issues with my order and the lack of customer service provided is concerning. It’s sad.
