I’m not sure why the Google rating is 3.9. I’ve been getting good here regularly for the last year ehen I travel between CT and NH. It is close to the highway, the food is reliably good, the sandwiches are well constructed, the orders are ready on time, and the employees have been friendly and helpful.
I will say, as a whole, Panera restaurants seemed to have a dark period in the early 2020’s. If that was the case with this one, I would say they have turned it around.

Food was good and served fast my spoon was given to me dirty but when I asked for a new one the staff was apologetic and helpful. The food tasted great and wasn’t too expensive but the bread was very hard and messy.

This is always comford food. We like the soups, sandwiches and salads/chips. The self service kiosk us easy to order and go pickup. There is plenty of parking and tables for seating. The service is fast here. It’s located in busy shopping complex. The new chicken Tikka soup is horrible. Don’t even bother trying that. Same goes for spicy crispy chicken sandwich.
Prices are way up and quantity of soup and salad are filled only half the bowl. It feels like a rip off going to Panera now.

The worst service location ever. The manager was extremely rude! I placed an order like I always do and when I called upon one of my items missing, she was extremely rude and hung up the phone on my face. She specifically said “I can not do anything”.
The way she treated us over the phone was extremely rude and not okay. Good thing the call was recorded because the things she said are extremely rude. Can we please have a district manager reach out to me. Or I can give corporate a call myself. This is not okay.

I have been to at least 10+ Panera in MA and is happy to find that my local Panera at Westford is the best one! The service is always good and I customized a lot and they can make it right every time!

Ordered a bagel with butter and they don’t put the butter on for you. You have to DIY.
Ordered bacon on a bagel. They give you a bagel and bacon in a cup. You have to literally construct your own sandwich.
Look at this avocado toast. Does it look remotely like the photo?
We paid $30 for this nonsense.
They should be ashamed of themselves.

Got here at around 10am on Sunday ordered through kiosk food was finished fairly quickly. We ordered a half turkey sandwich with a cup of soup and a grilled cheese with a cup of fruit. I only had issues with the grilled cheese and fruit. Fruit wasn’t cold and the grilled cheese tasted like plastic, was not hot it was just slightly warm. And this meal was more expensive than the turkey sandwich and soup I ordered. I was very un impressed. I’ve heard good things about Panera but sadly to say I DO NOT recommend

The woman taking our order at the cash register today could hardly speak English could not understand what she was saying
She was saying “chits” instead of chips I corrected her but they really need a person who speaks better English at cash register her English was so poor she was very nice but could not understand what she was saying finally another one of your girls came by to translate for her !!

FABIOLA, Manager & VALERIE always provides exceptional customer service! It is always so nice to see their big smiles and always feeling welcomed. I also see it consistently with other customers as well! They are truly assets! They are also always so calm no matter how busy the lunch rush is. It is commendable. In addition to all that they are human angels on earth! I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! I appreciate you, FABIOLA & VALERIE so much! They wouldn’t even accept money as a reward! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. They were just so extremely kind and really always go the extra mile with a smile! Please recognize and promote these exceptional star employees!!! Forever grateful and appreciative to you both! Ordered cinnamon crunch bagel with maple walnut cream cheese spread and very disappointed. I asked for toasted, split bagel and assumed they arrange the bagel with the spreading applied inside. However I was given 2 separate slices of bagel with a readymade package cheese spread which was not maple and no walnuts to sight. Taste was okay but flavors and quality must be improved.
