Amazing experience at Panera Bread in Burlington! The team was super fast and very friendly. My food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. Special shoutout to the manager, Vitor — he was incredibly sweet and made the whole visit even better. Definitely coming back!

Clean and less crowded place and suitable for dine in. They have sanitizer stations and sanitizing wipes to clean the chairs and tables if needed for additional sanitation. Tried the you pick two with broccoli cheddar soup and Mediterranean sandwich. The sandwich is fresh with tasty tomato basil bread. Add the chipotle mayo sauce and it tastes delicious. The soup with the side of baguette bread is delicious as usual. Fire pits were not on when we visited.

Today is my best friends birthday! She loves panera and has had the app for a long time. For some reason this year her birthday bakery coupon didn’t show up. We asked Vitor the store manager if he could find it on his end and he couldn’t. He told her to just pick which one she wanted on the house!!!! She couldn’t decided and asked his favorites. He recommended the almond pastry but she picked the chocolate croissant. He gave her both ❤️❤️❤️ Such a nice guy and I wanted to share!!!! Thank you Vitor!!! You made our day!!!

There isn’t any handicap parking in front of store. There are some in this plaza about 40 yards in both directions from Panera doors. I brought my 83 yo dad and we didn’t have his walker and he can’t make that walk.

Ordered online and went in to get it. Forgot an item so I ordered when I walked in. Everything came out quickly. All the food was excellent and everyone there was extremely polite. Its also very clean. I always saw them cleaning on the bag and out in the seating area once people left their tables.

Now I remember why I never go to Panera Bread. Awful experience again. Online ordering torture. It’s like they stole money from me. Food was awful. Tiny Dixie cup mac and cheese with 2 teeny piece of rubbery lobster. $12. Buffalo chicken sandwich was nothing but shredded chicken with a little plop of buffalo sauce on a stale bun. Basically tasteless. Total $21. I feel abused.

Wild that I have to wait 15+ minutes for a hot chocolate to be made when I order in advance for rapid pickup. The place is infested with mice so I would not recommend eating anything in there. All around this place is a hell hole.

Apparently this is what you get for a $9+ salad at this location. 2 little pieces of chicken and a half full small container of lettuce. ~$7 for the small Fuji Apple Salad. Added chicken, came out to be over $9. Again literally only TWO small strips of chicken in here. Extremely disappointed, ridiculous waste of money. I could pay a couple extra dollars elsewhere and get a nice, full salad that will be enough for leftovers. Horrible.
