The staff here are exceptionally incompetent. After spending $50 on 1 cup of soup, 1 bowl of soup and 2 grilled cheese with 2 drinks- when my friend asked if they would remake the half of her sandwich that they burned- she was given attitude. I just refused to eat mine. Go to another location. This one is terrible.

Apparently this is what you get for a $9+ salad at this location. 2 little pieces of chicken and a half full small container of lettuce. ~$7 for the small Fuji Apple Salad. Added chicken, came out to be over $9. Again literally only TWO small strips of chicken in here. Extremely disappointed, ridiculous waste of money. I could pay a couple extra dollars elsewhere and get a nice, full salad that will be enough for leftovers. Horrible.

We have tried couple of times to have lunch or dinner in this location and we had to leave and go somewhere else. Several of the options we were considering were sold out/ not in stock, something basic for this place like French baguette was not available, no cheese for the French soup : ( , the pastries section was practically empty. We like Panera but this location is not well supplied!

Panera as a chain has tried to do too much and now can’t do much at all. Every time I come here a solid chunk of the menu is sold out/unavailable. You know it’s bad when Panera BREAD doesn’t even have baguettes in stock as a side item.
