I had the worst dining experience last night, which was especially disappointing since I had dined there just two days earlier and had such a great time that I decided to return with my family.
This time, the female cashier refused to honor my reward treat that I was entitled to. I’m not sure if she didn’t know how to redeem it or simply chose not to, but she claimed I wasn’t eligible — which was untrue.
Shortly after, I asked a server for an extra bowl. He told me that I needed to pay for it, which confused me since I wasn’t asking for any food — just a bowl. When I tried to clarify, he said I “didn’t make myself clear enough.” It felt dismissive, and the interaction was uncomfortable. The language barrier might have played a part, but the lack of effort to understand me made things worse.
From the moment I arrived, I felt as though I didn’t belong. I could sense tension from both the server and the female cashier, and it made the entire visit unpleasant. After spending quite a bit on both visits, I left feeling extremely disappointed. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. Also, I asked for the table to be cleaned and they were looking at me like I was strange yet another couple came in and didn’t even have to ask. They just went right over to the other table and cleaned it for them. Very disgusting.

I was very impressed with this location! The bathrooms were spotless, which really speaks volumes about the overall cleanliness and care of the place. When a bathroom is this clean, you can feel confident that the kitchen is just as well-maintained, which makes the whole dining experience so much better.
The atmosphere here has a great, positive vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was just as delicious as what I’ve come to expect from their other branches, consistently fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.

Nice and affordable place. I love their Egg Sandwich with Asiago Begal and Cream cheese. They have a range of coffees from dark roasted strong Colombian Coffee too mild one.

Decent Panera bread, pretty busy. I waited over 40 minutes for my order. It’s not there fault it’s a very busy location. The chicken sandwich was pretty good. Cheers!
