App is not user friendly. And the bowl of Thai soup I ordered was barely 1/2 filled. Very little ingredients like 2 pcs of chicken, a piece of tomato, some tiny shreds of carrots the rest was broth. Although tasty not worth $8.39. Did not satisfy me enough to get through the rest of my workday. Huge disappointment. Thank god for the bread.

I don’t write reviews like this often. Panera should not be on grubhub. I got delivery a few weeks ago for a broccoli cheddar soup with the bread bowl. I didn’t get the breadbowl. I think to myself, maybe they were just having an off day. I order again, I EVEN WRITE IN THE NOTES “please make sure the bread bowl is included it was left out last time” THEY FORGOT THE BREAD BOWL AGAIN and the cup the soup came in was broken so my soup was all over the bag. The soup was also not creamy like it usually is? Screw this place, never again.

the staff barely speak English and with no line are in a rush to turn their backs without seeing if you even understood them. on top of that they lost our order while we were standing right in front of kitchen staff. This location sucks, drive to the next one if you want your food or to understand the staff.

Just had a delivery and there was a major component missing. Took three phone calls and about 50 rings to get an answer at the Natick Cafe only to be informed that there is nothing they can do about it as the order is purchased from Door Dash and they don’t have any way of getting the missing item delivered. Two choices, credit my card or re-order the item and incur delivery and all the associated fees. I really think there should be some accountability as Panera packed the bag and missed the item. No comp, nothing but…”too bad”. Never again, done with Panera.
