My sandwich is a complete disaster and not worth the $6.99 your location charges for it. Barely any chicken, Roasted peppers and eggs are cut up into pieces. Also, hardly any sauce and I did order extra sauce in my Chipotle chicken & egg with Avo breakfast sandwich. Not only is this thing so tiny but It’s horrible and not even appealing to eat.
What was even more upsetting is the managers response to my complaint and how this is considered normal at this establishment.
1st photo is what you think you are ordering. The other 2 is what I actually received and they stated that this is normal.

Soup tastes watered down. Unsure if it’s the location or if Panera has cheapened their recipes. Thought it was a fluke the first time at this location but just as disappointing the second time.
Plus the bowls are practically the size of what a cup used to be. Already overpriced and then tastes like I’m dipping bread in warm cup of water for dinner.

Stopped for a quick bite at Panera Bread and had a wonderful experience thanks to Sandra, the cashier. She was incredibly pleasant and direct, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear she loves her job, and her positive attitude made a significant impact on my visit. It’s a great feeling to buy food where the staff genuinely cares about their customers. Quality of the food has gone down. Smaller portions and increased prices. Could be me, but the food taste more like it’s just defrosted and no longer taste like it is freshly made. Overpriced now for what you actually receive.

I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado egg sandwich and when I opened up the sandwich there were a few scraps of chicken. I requested to speak to a manager and no manager was there and they all told me if I wanted more chicken I had to pay for it.

I ordered a Mac and cheese bread bowl and they gave me one of the free loaves of bread that comes with meals and a side of Mac and cheese for $15. When I asked them if it was supposed to come like that she said I could just hollow out the bread.
I’ve never gotten it before so I don’t know if it usually come like that but $15 for stuff that comes for free with other meals is insane either way.

App is not user friendly. And the bowl of Thai soup I ordered was barely 1/2 filled. Very little ingredients like 2 pcs of chicken, a piece of tomato, some tiny shreds of carrots the rest was broth. Although tasty not worth $8.39. Did not satisfy me enough to get through the rest of my workday. Huge disappointment. Thank god for the bread.

Tables and floor were clean.
Most of booths had one person camped in a four person booth, there all day with outside food and beverages. (And a messy/dirty)

I always order using the kiosk and when they call my name I get up and get my food… So not much interaction with the employees.
The food used to be better. They don’t offer the sandwich I used to like anymore. The flatbreads are so tasteless that last time I had to ask for salt and pepper to make it a little better and they took forever to get me some salt. This picture is of a margherita flatbread I ordered (after I put seasoned it myself). It looks nothing like the picture in the kiosk and it’s more a tomato pizza than a margherita. Oh, and so expensive now… Cost me $18.70 for a “tomato” flatbread and a salad doing the “pick two items”. Should have just gone home and ordered a large pizza elsewhere.
