Placed a $55 online order. Chicken caesar salad came without chicken, with about a teaspoon of dressing. The requested substitutions on my sandwich were not made, and another was a completely different sandwich altogether than what was ordered. Was rushed along during a completely dead time of day. Thank goodness for the free piece of bread!

This woman at the drive through was extremely rude.. I put a drive thru order in the drive thru and she told me to come back.. literally made no sense, at first she asked what my order was like if I just order at the drive thru instead would I have not gotten kicked out of line. So I went inside to get my order instead cause I wasn’t just going to wait behind a ton of people in the drive thru again. What a terribly managed operation. I will never go back. That employee should be embarrassed.

I had the pleasure of trying the Four Cheese Souffle from Panera Bread recently and I must say it was utterly delicious! It was creamy and cheesy, with a wonderfully light and fluffy texture. The perfect balance of cheeses, butter and spices created a delightful flavor. The presentation was quite attractive, as the souffle was served in an individual ramekin. The portion size was also enough for one person and was satisfactorily filling. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone who enjoys savory cheesecakes.

I went through the drive through today. Angela was a big help. Did a great job explaining how the half and half works and what the difference is between the full and half. As I pulled up to the window she had a big smile and was very friendly. Will definitely be back just for her!

The cashier got my order wrong and the blonde lady with slight accent was so sweet, with a smile on her face she fixed my order on the spot, apologized for inconvenience and made me leave with the smile. I even forgot about my messed up order.

The issue at this particular Panera Bread was not the food, but the service. It wasn’t necessarily bad, but the staff wasn’t too engaging. As someone who has been in hospitality/customer service for the 22 years, I know this goes a long way. I’ll frequent a place with less than the best food if the service is good before I’d frequent a place with the best food and terrible service. It’s about balance people!
There was a time I would have put Panera over the typical fast food place. But, this photo is an example of exactly why I disagree with fast food workers making $15/hr. Smh. I mean, the tuna is literally all over the bread. No presentation. I could barely eat it without it getting all over me. Please do better.

The service is great. Cole and Angela always great me with a smile and ask how my day is going and if there is anything else they can help me with. They always have great customer service it makes me want to come back.
