Decided to try their Flat bread pizza. It was actually not too bad. Bigger than I expected. You get six good sized pieces. Not too crazy about the sauce. Kind of tangy. The pepperoni has a little kick to it. Pizza is very saucy if you like that. Needed lots of napkins. A healthier choice of pizza for pizza lovers like me. Eight dollars and change, not a bad price either.

I am a regular costumer at Panera. The food is always great, no complains about their staff. Today, I had a wonderful experience. Taasia was very welcoming and attentive, with a smile on her face through the whole process of ordering. I always ask for water cups for my toddlers, Taasia was a step ahead and automatically gave me 2 cups without me saying a word. Thank you for a great experience today!

Ordered some salads this afternoon and they came with Gorgonzola cheese which I had asked for them to omit. When I asked Caitlin about it, she did not hesitate to say we could keep the salads that were messed up and they would make fresh ones for us. Then when we went to leave Caitlin stopped us to hand us a box with a few cookies in it… Outstanding customer service!

The cashier encouraged us to use their new “rapid order” kiosks, so we did. After waiting with my buzzer for 20 minutes I found out that they were having an issue where orders placed at these kiosks disappeared. They were quick to replace my order.

French onion soup was great. Had the chicken salad sandwich. Only had a tablespoon of chicken salad on the bread and a handful of lettuce. Chicken salad was very bland.
