This is hands down one of my favorite cafés in Old Towne Orange! The interior has such a cozy, artisan vibe that makes you want to stay all day. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming, and the food? Absolutely delicious—I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Had the croque madame with potatoes and my friend had the farmers omelette.
To be totally honest my croque was just okay. It lacked seasoning and flair. It was very simple but the potatoes were tasty. My friends omelette was good but nothing fanciful.
We liked the atmosphere and the pastries were delicious.
If you get there at 9 am you will find parking on the street in front of the restaurant. Otherwise you will just have to search the public parking lots for a parking spot.

It would have gotten more stars but. I wanted the quiche Lorraine they’re out of it, I asked about the soup of the day and they said it was potato so I ordered a cup of that plus we ordered the chicken crepes which were very good came with a salad which was okay, they brought out the wrong soup and it took a bit I don’t know if they have to microwave it or what And then I had to wait for the potato soup but meanwhile our food came out I asked if they can hold the mushrooms they said that I couldn’t that it was already mixing with the chicken, Want the potato soup came out and it was horrible I said to the girl is there supposed to be potatoes in the soup because it was like water she said I think it’s pureed I said it doesn’t even tastes like potato soup she says I didn’t make it! I did tell her it was terrible I said it was liquid had no flavor, she didn’t care instead of her saying let me give you some pastries in place of the soup or give me a refund for the soup or give me a different soup that had more flavor nothing was offered That’s what you got so little stars because of your customer service and the food quality and taste. I also had asked about a chocolate croissant and I thought your prices are pretty high for what you get it would have been cheaper in a bakery,

I was so pleased to know that they had freshly baked (that day) kouign amanns! The pastry is difficult to find in bakeries so I appreciated the experience. It was larger than I am used to which was a plus, but didn’t have even moisture throughout the layers. Felt dry in some parts and perfectly flaky in others. All in all, the vibes were nice and there was a lot of art. Nice spot!

such a cute place! If there were half stars I’d give it a 4.5. The food came quick and staff was friendly. Lots of options on the menu! We loved the Romeo and Juliette crepe, the cinnamon dornut (tasted like churros!), the avocado tartine, and the cold brew. Presentation of food was great!nnamon

The stuff was really delicious the lines were little too long and if you forgot to buy some thing you have to go through that line all over again the Lady at the cashier she had the personality of a dead hobby horse. Just staring at your face when you have a question. Overall the place is cool and whatever.

Very tasty, friendly, and open atmosphere in this delicious french bakery/cafe with high ceilings. Price is about $13/per dish. Tons of drink and food options to choose from! It was nice seeing art created by patrons for sale on the wall. Really beautiful, original art for really reasonable prices too!

French pastries, gelato, espresso, all on point. Fresh orange juice is a favorite. Plenty of seating and very friendly staff. The art on display from local artists is worth checking out as well. Highly recommend.

Pandor Artisan Bakery, Cafe, and Gelato is a wonderful find in Old Towne Orange. Out of all the bakeries in Old Orange, this is my favorite! We tried several pastries, gelato, and a sour dough loaf that was the crustiest on the outside, yet light and fluffy on the inside. I wish we would have stopped here first because I would have bought even more items. I will be back for more fresh baked breads and to try more of the pastries and gelato flavors. I’m already planning a trip to return! I must also acknowledge the exceptional staff and their helpfulness! It’s truly my new favorite bakery in Orange!

Pandor Info-
Tiffany & Raffi Sepetjian are serious foodies who love to travel, particularly to France where they have a family. Their true passion revolved around a dream to open an authentic French boulangerie, similar to the ones they had often enjoyed on the streets of Paris. That vision became a plan eight years ago. They named it Pandor, an abbreviation of the French words “pain d’or,” meaning golden bread. Currently with three locations in Newport Beach, Old Towne Orange, and Irvine.
They say it’s all in the name. The creation of the name Pandor was based on the symbolism of the core values the company was founded; Living by the Golden Rule. A unique spelling of a phonetic expression of the French term, “Pain d’ Or “meaning Golden Bread. The name also captured the charm and dedication to the traditional French Artisan baking processes and standards we use daily in the making of all of our products. Most importantly, we felt that the unique spelling allowed us to better serve the needs of the wonderfully diverse culture of Southern California rather than be exclusive in pronunciation to only those that speak French. Every aspect of Pandor is designed to create an experience that is unique, inclusive, and unforgettable.
Truly Truly Amazing #YUMMY
Has more award winning items than can count. Fortunately new cuisine creations every day. Best Old Towne has 2 offer ( IMHO).
