We all loved their pork sisig, pork/shrimp pinakbet, sizzling squid and pancit malabon. The hostess and the servers were all very nice and hospitable. We had a very pleasant dining experience at Pandan, and we highly recommend a visit there. Rose and Chuck were very helpful when I had to change our reservation.

I had such a wonderful experience dining here! The food was absolutely delicious—authentic Filipino flavors that taste just like home-cooked meals filled with love. Every dish was freshly prepared and packed with rich, bold flavors. The service was warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family. The cozy atmosphere added even more charm to the experience. If you’re looking for comfort food with heart, this place is definitely a must-try!
Parking information: There’s a huge parking lot between James Street and Pitt Street. Parking is free after 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and it’s free all day on Sundays.

The food is good. I just don’t prefer the sisig here. I think it’s not sisig, it’s more like dinakdakan because it has a ginger. But if you like that version, you might like it. The drinks are also good. Overall, the place is nice.

Ordered some turon but what I got was I don’t even know what this is. Barely any sugar even the inside is not sweet. Never buying from this place again. Waste of money.

Pandan serves Filipino/ Asian cuisine. Food is good, menu has lots of choices, place is clean, small but cozy. Weekends could be busy so you may want to make a reservation. Parking could also be difficult since it’s located on a busy street but don’t let that get in the way. You’ll definitely be coming back!

Crispy pata here is so good! Kare Kare is a must try here since they they leave peanut chunks on the sauce plus the veggies are fresh and it’s up to you to mix them up when you’re ready to eat. Halo-halo was ok, missing kaong and nata de coco but overall it’s still good since they had ube halaya and leche flan on it.

Excellent Filipino food at a very reasonable price (most dish are about $15 or below). Decent portion, and great flavors. I highly recommend their sigsig here – one of the best I’ve had in NY/NJ area so far. Staffs (and our neighboring patron) are super friendly and are very enthusiastic to talk to you about the food they serve (and their culture in general).
Tip: I was told they have kamayan nights every Thursday. Might have to come back and check it out one of these days.

Food was hot and fresh. Wide variety. Service was good but it did take a bit longer than usual for food to arrive. Possibly because we were the first guests of the day. Everything else was great. Prices were more reasonable than anticipated. Definitely going back.
