Fast takeout pickup time, always delicious. Never had a bad meal from here. Whether it’s the woman at the counter or one of the kids, the service is great and always pleasant/very polite. 5/5 stars will recommend to others

amazing food. honestly i think its the best in the area! the ONLY problem i have is with one delivery guy. idk his name but hes clearly an older white man maybe in his mid 50s. he was extremely rude when he came to the door. i understand its very busy on friday, but that was really no excuse for the rude commentary. i couldnt tip much and i felt terrible enough as it is. so when i hand him the money he says in monotone, “Wow! thanks for that i guess!” then he storms away. I ended up calling the store and told them what had happened and the person who answered did apologize but i highly doubt theyll even reprimand him because hes been a delivery driver for them awhile. hes been rude to us before as well. one incident with my partner happened exactly two months ago. the same delivery guy was carrying a tazer on his hip….. he went to grab it and ended up tazing himself. im not sure if he meant to taze my partner, but thats extremely dangerous to carry around as a deliver driver! he still had the same tazer on his hip today. he just didnt touch it this time. needless to say, i wont be ordering from here anymore. i love the food, but im sorry; im not gonna risk my safty by possibly being tazed or risk my mental well being by being insulted for not tipping alot for $20.15 order. they need to get rid of him.

Food is delicious, fresh and hot every time. The food is definitely made in clean pans and oil and the taste reflects that. Not overly salty. We’ve ordered Lo mein, steamed dumplings, chicken with garlic sauce, general tsos chicken, chicken with broccoli and pork fried rice. Five star review every time, this is our third time ordering and the new Chinese place for us in the indefinite future. Fast delivery usually. I recommend Calling them versus using seamless app. Nice customer service taking order over the phone.

portions are getting smaller , price went up, service was rude as could be ,and the quality went way down been a customer for 5 years , last 3x i order i said never again but this was the last time , everyone has a bad cooking day but not 4 different time

I had previously eaten here before a couple years ago, and the food was pretty good. I ordered again a couple days ago and the food was a bit under cooked and really really oily. They’ve actually helped me make my decision on not eating Chinese ever again. I also ordered fries from them in which I payed for but never received. I asked them to deliver it to me, I only live 10 mins away. They wouldn’t deliver it and asked me to come pick it up after I was already home or that they would give me credit for it.. what kind of customer service? Wouldn’t recommend.

Food is ok, customer service is lacking. They screwed up my order and when I called them they said they would deliver what I was missing but would have to charge me extra. I don’t know if it’s under new management, never had issues before until recently.
