Orange chicken soggy, every bite was a blob of chicken fat, swimming in sauce, and worse of all super spicy! Orange chicken should not be spicy unless requested.
I ordered take out, it was quick 10 minutes.
But not crispy fried orange chicken one usually expects.

I’ve only ordered from Uber Eats so I can’t really speak much on the ambience or staff but the food is delicious! I always order the #13 and it’s always nice and hot, they serve a pretty big portion and the rice tastes fresh. Kinda wish it had a little more broccoli but it’s fine, overall I really like the food here and I have ordered several times from this restaurant now without any problems. ✨

Been eating food here for a while they changed menu prices. I simply asked for an updated menu, and the lady yelled at me.. Nice to treat your veteran customers like that lady!! EDIT! Got home and my food tasted like sweet and sour was on everything.. THIS PLACE HAS WENT DOWN HILL, I’m suprised.. lost me as a customer for sure

I’m going with four stars because the service was fast, the ingredients seem to be good (meaning white meat chicken, fresh broccoli, and good filler for the egg roll), and the portion size was unexpectedly large. I’m not sure if this carries through to every order.
I was very surprised by the portion. I eat a fair amount of food and this was an enormous serving for one person. I wondered if I got the wrong order when I lifted the bag. I appreciated the fact that the fried rice actually had fresh eggs and onion in it, but it did lack the traditional peas and carrots. The egg roll had pork and a nice size shrimp in it which was very good.
As far as I could tell this is a takeout place only. I have only been here once and ordered General Tso’s chicken. The sauce was a bit sweet and perhaps a tiny bit burned, but you could tell the basis of a good sauce was there. I would go back.
Stopped in again today, 10/13, and ordered General Tso’s chicken again. Wow. The portions and preparation were the same but this order was surprisingly hot. And I really like it that way but just be prepared it’s not a lackluster and tame version. Very good.

First of all, this is the best Chinese place in the city! I’ve never had bad food here! Second, I wrote I had a shellfish allergy in the notes of an Uber Eats order and they swapped out the egg roll for a spring roll because the egg roll had shrimp in it! The attention to detail and accommodation they made was really what made me a returning customer!

Used to be my go to place in naples for 30 years when they had a dinning room,but even recently going to there new location for years on across from mall, I have experienced a change of owners. quality of food not as good. My go to of beef and broccoli always is over seasoned with oyster sauce and they are very stingy on sauce packets and want to charge you extra after spending $35 -40 for food. Most places have sauce packets out on and say help yourself. Bottom line is kinda pricey and kinda rude..

Is the Panda Pavillion on Tamiami Trail still taking over the phone orders??? I ordered over the phone mid August but after that I try calling in my orders and the woman the owner working in the restaurant told me they dont take orders over the phone anymore when I called in today, that I have to come in person and place my order. I did go in person twice today most recent 9/4/2025 and while I was there she is taking over the phone orders and also customers are picking up their orders so that is descrimination against a customer and why have a take out restaurant if you dont take over the phone orders, treat all customers with the same level of courtesy and respect because we are all supporting your business. The food is great and we love and recommend it, very clean, good portion but descriminating from one customer to another is not good for your business, change that.

We have ordered here previously several times and it was really good. I am sorry to say but this time it was not worth the money or worth eating. The broccoli tasted old and the general tso chicken had an odd flavor. However, we had it delivered and it was hot and the krab rangoons were fine.
