The lady that owns this restaurant is the sweetest soul I have ever met and that alone is why this place is the best. The food is absolutely delicious and her sweet charm and how much she cares about everyone makes this place so special.

Very nice owner. Chicken fried rice was a little mushy, but tasty. Pork lo mien was excellent. The place is a little dingy inside and they’re only doing carry out. Cash-only is a good option for her, but rules out a bunch of potential customers. Overall, a decent 4-star establishment.

This place is such a hidden gem on the peninsula! We love ordering food from there. I particularly enjoy that the owner is willing to make things that are not on the menu as long as she has the ingredients. The vermicelli noodles ( not on the menu anymore but still available on request) are my all-time go- to! Give it a try! Prices are affordable. She is cash only but there is ATM located in the same building ( close to the liquor store).

I have had consistently great food from panda noodle. I have ordered the sesame Chicken and general tso’s and the chicken has been crispy every time and the sauce is uniquely sweet. I have never had pork tofu quite like this one as it was still firm and marinated tofu with nice roasted pork.

Great little find out here in the Annapolis countryside. Have not found an abundance of good Asian offerings out this way so this spot is a blessing. Had three different entrees via takeout and all were excellent dishes. They only take cash/check just so all are aware ahead of the game. Owner is about the sweetest woman you’d ever want to meet. Easy to give and keep giving business to this type of establishment.

This is my favorite local restaurant! The best thing about a local restaurant is that the food doesn’t feel mass produced and that is definitely the case at Panda Noodle House. The owner, Anna, is the nicest woman and she does everything herself. Her food is delicious and her prices very fair, just remember to bring cash because she doesn’t take credit cards. If you want to eat home cooked Asian food, but don’t want to cook it yourself, this is the perfect solution!

I ordered orange chicken and friend rice, the orange chicken was almost as hard as a rock. The chicken itself was dry and tough. the orange sauce wasn’t bad, but I couldn’t eat it because the chicken was too hard. The fried rice tasted like greasy oil. Super disappointed. We ordered pizza instead.

Have come to this place a couple times so far. Really enjoy talking to the owner and food has been great. Got the chicken drunken noodles this last time with spring rolls. Going to try the scallops that she recommended next time.

My fiancé and I just moved in the neighborhood and we were famished on our moving day. We had a Jones in for Chinese food and this place did not disappoint. The lovely owner greeted us as if she’d known us for years. The food was fresh, fairly priced, and delicious. Highly recommend.

The owner is the nicest lady I have ever met. The Pho was superb, the broth was spectacular. Chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside. When it says spicy, it means Spicy; and I loved that.
