I usually like the food but today, it had a hair in it and I called to ask for a refund. The guy that answered said something about exchanging it if I bring it back. I told him I didnt want to exchange it, i just want a refund. He hung up on me and when I called back, he said he told me to come back up there…customer service went out the window when he hung up on me.

I ordered Hunan beef. It was awful. It had a pungent smell, was rubbery and chewy and tasted like fish. Now, hours later, I’m going to bed feeling nauseous. Either the beef was spoiled or it wasn’t beef. On top of that it was rather pricey for the quality and portions. That was my first and last visit there, unless I need to go back to order again and have a sample analyzed. I only gave it one star because less than one wasn’t an option.

Talking loudly to each other in your foreign language, in front of customers is off-setting. I think it would be polite and professional to not do this.

I’ve always loved this place and they’re food they’re some of the nicest people as well they’re beef and broccoli is absolutely delicious I’ve had nothing but good food and service from them I highly suggest anyone in the area or traveling through stop by and grab some of they’re absolutely delicious food and possibly to say hi to these amazing people

Food was good. A fee too many onions but overall very good.
Second opinion: I ordered Mongolian beef with more green onions than white. It was superb. Perfect spice! The egg rolls were delicious as well and all was fresh!

the woman working there yelled at whoever is cooking the food and i felt terrible for him. ( im amusing mother and son) . also the food was very bad and tasted microwaved. wouldn’t recommend
