Absolutely great tasting sweet-and-sour chicken with pork fried rice and a tasty eggroll on the side. I will definitely be back.
This is primarily made to go place but they do have a small dining area.

I asked about the item I ordered before deciding to get it. They offered hong kong style noodles so to make sure I got what I was expecting. I asked if the noodles were crispy the way I am used to and hoped for, or whether they were soft. I was told they were dry noodles and that they were crispy. I wonder if i’m going to be received with limp soft lo mein noodles. When I showed them to my waitress and asked for clarity, she looked at the wet limp noodles and told me they were dry and pointed to the picture of chow main as an example of wet noodles. I don’t know how to respond, except with incredulity. I did not send them back because I hate wasting food but I was very disappointed especially after asking first to make sure I didn’t receive something wrong through my own ineptitude. The noodles were flavorless, as was the shrimp. Do not recommend.

The food was great, the lady behind the desk was kind, overall I enjoyed my experience eating here. My one major complaint is with the fortune cookie. In a world where we can’t go 3 minutes without having some kind of advertisement being blasted in our face, its so unbelievably frustrating opening a fortune cookie in a meal I PAID for, and being met with a gambling ad.

The hot and sour soup here is the best! I always get hot and sour soup if a place has it available, and this is the ONLY place that has that authentic taste I’ve been searching for. Will never go anywhere else for hot and sour soup again! 10/10

Nashville has so few decent Chinese carry out spots and this one is far beyond decent.
Every time I come here the food is fast, fresh and delicious. I love Panda House.

Hello visitors to Nashville. Do not hesitate the food is outstanding a ten out of five and I have been trying other Chinese American style food in Nashville over the last few years. The Hong Kong style vermicelli is amazing, the s&s shrimp are huge and bone in bbq spare ribs are perfect (not coated with sugar and meaty), and the happy family is mostly protein and chock full of seafood unlike the mostly broccoli of brand x restaurants.

J and I want to start this review with an understanding, ask anyone in Nashville what food is missing, and they’ll say Asian cuisine. This is a take-out restaurant first and foremost, so fi you are looking for that, look no further.
PB – I got the general Tso’s, as most Americans do and it truly hit the mark. Great portions and a truly great dish. Hit the expectations and surpassed them…as the fortune cookie predicted.
J – I got the same thing as PB. I will say it was VERY good and not overly saucy or battered. Their egg rolls were fire and I wish I had ordered more. This place is heavy on the portions so if you are looking for dinner and lunch, come here.
Needless to say, one of the best Chinese food joints in town. Keep comparisons minimal and enjoy it for what it is – great, flavorful Nashville Chinese.

The food and pricing here were all extraordinary. We were both happy to have discovered this gem of a Chinese restaurant a few minutes away from our hotel, and had our brunch there. The waiter was kind and quick to take our orders and clarify anything we needed and the waiting time was reasonable. I was surprised to see how large and plentiful the portions were when we were served. Each of our meals included the meal (rice + veggies/meat), soup, dried chips and a fortune cookie, and all under $20 pre-tax. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, with only us here when it first opened. There were ample tables available, but the washroom was off limits at that time due to maintenance. So that loses a star from my review. Besides that, I suggest anyone craving some Chinese food to stop by the Panda house during their travels to, or through Nashville!

Got the general tso chicken extra spicy and pork fried rice. It was really good. The flavor of the chicken was pretty good but no spice. Could use a little more sauce. The pork fried rice is very good. Lots of meat and veggies. The service was very fast, and the woman taking the orders was super nice and patient. Would buy again for sure. Price was not too bad either.
