Food was disgusting!! Rice tasted old and like it had been reheated. Sweet and sour sauce had a rancid taste to it, the sweet and sour chicken had black linings in them. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. Should’ve known when I walked in and saw trays of eggrolls sitting on the floor on top of buckets . How is this place in business??

I’ve lived in Jax for years and have constantly been on the hunt for good Chinese food. I can kick myself because it took me so long to try this amazing spot. They’re reasonably priced, the customer service is good, they offers some dishes with shrimp unlike other restaurants ie orange shrimp and they don’t charge for hot oil.

This place needs major updates and cleaning. I’m usually ok with that but the food isn’t good. Batched yellow fried rice and we got moo goo gai pan. It was very mushy, soggy and scary chicken. Didn’t eat it all. The chicken was way over velveted.The sauce had no flavor either. Just like a corn starch water gravy. I live close by and haven’t tried this place in years. Now I remember. I’ll continue to make drive out of area for Chinese.

Another case of driving past a place for 15 years and not knowing that it was there. A few days ago a neighbor told us about Panda House…we said “what?” Had to try it. Located on Gate Parkway in a small strip mall that’s way to easy to pass are several small stores. The Mall contains a Cleaner, postal drop, Panda and few other stores. There is a street business sign but again it’s to easy to drive by it. As you enter the parking can be limited but it’s worth the effort to find a space. We called in our order and 15 minutes later entered and found a most pleasant place and owner who has been in this location for 18 years. We ordered Egg Drop soup, Hot and Sour both were extremely good and 5 ⭐ offerings. We then ordered the Pork Fried Rice… very nice and delicious 5 ⭐. I ordered the Shrimp and Scallops over veggies. Beyond being good and fresh it was also loaded with mushrooms which I enjoyed so 5 ⭐. Bill ordered the Roast Pork Egg Foo Yong. They were slightly dry and the gravy was different than the normal Brown Beef Gravy served at other places so overall that gets 4 ⭐. We look forward to our next visit and will try other selections which I am sure will be at least as good or better.

most of the food was GREAT! Food had great flavor. But the egg rolls were VERY greasy and the fried noodles (deep fried noodles) were also VERY greasy! The Panda cold noodles were just like I remembered when I used to get it in NYC! We will be back

Great for take out Chinese! The wonton soup is wonderful and the beef and broccoli combo is a great deal. The inside is a little small so most people get takeout but you can definitely dine in if you like.

I love this place! The lady who works there is always super sweet and tries to get your order as best as she can. The whole restaurant is very traditional and feels homely. The food is always fresh aswell. If you are looking for a Chinese food place to go to In jax this is the place.

I’ve ordered from here before with no issues but today I ordered my usual- moo goo gai pan with no carrots and 1/3 of my dish is nothing but carrots. Also no mushrooms or snow peas.
