I ordered egg drop wonton soup, egg rolls, french fries and general tso chicken. The food was good but the service was not. I was told they only accept credit cards and to present my ID and debit card to the driver. I had no issue doing so. I was given a delivery time of 39 minutes maximum. Over an hour and 2 phone calls later, I was told my food was left on the porch in the cold. I didn’t receive a call nor did my doorbell ring. The restaurant told me they used an UBER driver and they would speak to them. Not sure if that’s true because I’ve never been asked to have my ID and debit card ready to show by Uber. I think the restaurant should have better communication with its customers and whoever is delivering the food. The food was good but cold. Not sure if I’d order again.

I used to love this place. I have been going here for as long as I can remember. It was the only Chinese place I ever went to. Ever since the new owners took over, the food hasn’t been the same, unfortunately. Not bad, but not like it used to be. I have found a new place.

Food is great, service sucks. Been going here for several years. I call in an order, pay over the phone & pick-up the order. Last several times I ordered they refused payment over the phone. Must pay when you pick-up the order which is very inconvenient. Today I asked when they stopped taking payment over the phone. The chickie on the phone out & out lied to me!! She said just this month. I’ve been having trouble for several months. The card I use is in my name but my husband usually goes to get the food. Good food but awful manners & customer service and they lie!!!!

I ordered food delivered by uber eats. Food got delivered somewhere else. Called Panda House said they couldn’t send out another order. We spent 49.21 with delivery fees and tips says it’s Ubers problem. called uber eats and my husband said u need to go pick up food where ever u left it and deliver us hot food.20 minutes we look outside it’s our food that was previously sent somewhere else. Filled form for uber eats says not qualified for refund!! I will never order from Pada House again and I will never use Ubereats and driver was just as rude!!

Don’t know if they changed chef but recently the food is flavorless, tasteless and just horrible!! So disappointed! Ordered Mei fon, terrible, no seasonings, no taste. Even the fried rice was not good. The honey wings are great though

Didn’t follow instructions on how I asked my food to be made. I realized that when I got home and called the store. The woman who answers the phone picked up and when I told her the mistake they made, she hung up on me. I had to return to the store where she (the woman who hanged up on me) gave me attitude and complained about having to do my order over. The guy who also takes calls was very helpful and willing to right their wrong.

This is best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service is great, the food is amazing with such variety and quality, and the owners are so nice. I cannot recommend this enough. Don’t listen to others critics I’m a professional food critic. Please visit this store if you have a chance the best place in Union!!
