The fried well seasoned, egg foo young well fried the breading was not separating from the egg, coconut shrimp was interesting. The coconut shrimp wasnt made like the average restaurant store bought way, they actually make a coconut sauce with coconut flakes and toss the shrimp in it. Now, the service. The ppl were friendly but if you do not speak Spanish and you like to ask questions or you are little complex when it comes to ordering food, do not go. I orderded egg foo young spicy, coconut shrimp. I asked if the egg foo young or the shrimp comes with white rice or fried rice my questioned was not understood. They charged me for rice ♀️ so I was thinking the shrimp neither the egg foo young came with rice. When my meal came I had so much rice. Also, there was not any spice on any of my food.

I’m a student at Franklin High, and we get lunch from 12:05 to 12:50. I arrived at Panda House around 12:25, which should’ve been plenty of time. They took my order right away, and the price went up from $8 to $9, which already feels overpriced for a student bowl.
But the real issue was the service. I waited about 15 minutes, and during that time I was basically ignored—staff kept walking right past me without even acknowledging I was waiting. When I finally got my food, it was cold, like metal-cold, and after eating it I felt sick.
I used to really like their food, but today was honestly terrible. Between the long wait, being ignored, and getting served cold food, this was a huge disappointment.

This isn’t that old Chinese restaurant. This is the ✨️NEW PANDA HOUSE Restaurant✨️. Food is delicious and hot and fresh. It’s super clean, and the waitress is super nice we finally found a Chinese restaurant in our neighborhood that is clean, and the food is delicious.

Otherwise, by far the BEST lo mein I’ve had in years.
If I HAD to change one thing, I’d swap the onions for more bok choy .
And the shrimp, not so shrimpy, and beautifully butterflied. A+,,, always hits!

First time trying this restaurant and I loved it . I ordered the coconut shrimp lunch special and it has been the best coconut shrimp I have ever had locally from a Chinese restaurant. The girl in the front even gave us two free medium hot and sour soups to try since the lunch specials dont have the soup included. I will definitely come back to try other entrées.

Lunch menu has a lot of good options. Soup is included if you dine in. I had the egg drop soup and mongolian beef lunch, it also included an egg roll and with your option of white or fried rice. Both were great options. The dish was delicious, very savory. Inside the restaurant it felt a bit warm, although the temperature outside was 101 F.

Food arrived still hot, with crispy egg rolls. Good size portions, especially for a lunch special. and taste was more like west coast Chinese food than most El Paso restaurants. Cost is low for food quality, and the menu offers a huge selection. I recommend trying your favorite dish to see if Panda House does it better.

I’ve been here a couple times. I have only ordered to go it’s still hot when I get home to enjoy it. I live 30 minutes away. I live there buffalo wings,mango shrimp I like that there lunch plates comes w a egg roll.
