Massive portion sizes, but the food isn’t super great — below-average for most takeout, I’d say. I got the Hunan Tofu, which was both spongy and dry without much flavor, and the vegetable fried rice, which was decent. Adding chili oil to both definitely improved them. I’ll give them another shot, though, because the service was friendly, and it’s a huge plus for them to have options for those who don’t eat meat besides straight vegetables; there’s a lot of tofu to choose from!

Service is actually a 0 score, but 1 is the lowest. I waited my turn in line to order for 12 minutes. As she came out of the kitchen with an order and to take my order, I grabbed a drink out of the cooler, a s.o.b. came in the store and stepped behind me to the counter. I (and the other customers advised him that I was next to order. The order-taker shrugged her shoulders at me and started taking his order! I left and went across the street to Sunny House Asian restaurant and ordered my take-out there. Sunny House was happy to assist me!

Service was very poor, ordered online arrived 22 minutes after we placed our order since we were told ot would be ready in 15 minutes just to be told it would be 22 to 30 minutes for it to be prepared! Keep in mind this was after my husband waited for an additional 10 minutes after we had paid just to be told that. Really needs to work on their customer service!

First couple of times the food and service was OK.
Ordered 2 different meals!
The shrimp dinner was fine, though a bit smelly!
The second “Triple Delight” , the chicken was badly tainted and the beef was unyielding!
Stringy with fat!
Upon returning the one meal that was bad! The lady went ballistic, screaming, and hollering, making false accusations!
Screaming you go! You go!
Slamming her finger on a pinned up receipt saying, five times! Over and over again! Total diversion from a simple return of bad food!
Another customer and I looked on with amazement!
All this noise for one sentence! “ Excuse me, please, but the chicken seems to be tainted”!
Panda House has a real problem with cleanliness, food safety and attitude!
Never again!

I have tried Chinese food at many of the local restaurants and have found this family run restaurant the best! They have a great variety and equally great prices esp. their lunch and dinner specials. Some favorites are the Hunan Chicken, General Tsao, and the egg rolls! They have an online ordering ap that works great! Not much room to eat in so I use for take out which is perfect for now.
