I came to this place because my favorite Chinese place was closed and because it had good reviews. If yall consider this the best Chinese place then y’all haven’t tried any other Chinese place around Columbia/Two notch. They didn’t even give me a price over the phone and i know why, because they knew once they gave me that price I would’ve said nevermind. I order beef of the stick and 7 cut wings with lomein y’all that was $29. When I got there I askd the men why was it that much no response. They add on extra charges that doesn’t make sense. I could have gotten more for $29 from China garden on parklane. I couldn’t even feed my husband with this. It’s ridiculous!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. I should have gave it one star because they beef was tough and small and the chicken taste old. The lomein noodles was good but the shrimp that they charge $3 for was very small. I’ve inserted pictures do better!!

This will forever be my favorite Chinese food spot. Food is always fresh, hot and ready by the time I get there. Boneless spare rib combo is my go to meal. The dining area isn’t huge but it’s big enough to accommodate 8 or so groups…more than adequate in my opinion.

I’ve lived in Elgin almost my entire life and have always chose Panda Garden for chinese takeout. Never had an issue with the food, heck, there have been a few times over the years that they have given me a little extra helping on occasion. I think I’ve only had one issue customer service wise over the years but it wasn’t major, some people have bad days and that’s okay. I do think in the past the ‘friendliness’ factor wasn’t very good back in the day but it has gotten a lot better over time from more recent visits these past 2-3 years. (I’m assuming it’s 50/50 depending on who is on the register and if they are in a good mood or not that day haha.) The food has always been great quality, hits the spot, and only have to wait 20 mins max for it to be ready. Thank you for all the years of good food!

I used to order food from this place quite often as my husband liked their fried rice but, the service was always terrible, they are all very unpleasant, unfriendly and rude, the younger are worst than the elders. Went back today for the first time since my spouse passed and no surprise they are still very rude. Their unfriendliness is beyond understanding.. they need a crash course on customer service from Chick-Fil-A, followed by one in customers retention, someone should advise these folks that courtesy is free. Food was almost ok but, the wings were super dried and tasted old. Not going back there is other choices!

They take too long to prepare. They gave my order to someone else and had to wait for new one. Customer service is poor. They are very cold in the treatment of customers. Definitely they do not want to work. The young lady upfront is like a robot. The location does not have the rest room available. First time and last.

Chicken was old and the sesame Chicken didn’t even put one of our orders in the bag but the weather was to bad to turn around after we gotten home definitely wasn’t worth the drive
