Best Chinese delivery I’ve had since I moved to Philly 4 years ago. The beef with onions and bell peppers was SO GOOD! The meet was tender and there was plenty of sauce. Same goes for the General Tso’s chicken, and the Walnut shrimp. Excellent food!

This is a family business a every time I’ve order food from this establishment it has always been fresh, tasted great, well prepared with more than enough condiments. The customer service is A1 & the prices are affordable.

I don’t think this is Panda Garden anymore. I ordered shrimp lo mein through Uber Eats and when I looked at the bag it says stir fried noodle with shrimp. I wasn’t a fan of the noodles; too much sesame oil or something.

By far the worst Chinese food restaurant in the city. Ordered general tso with light sauce and extra crispy and ended up getting extra extra sauce and the softest chicken possible. I called and complained but was told it’s my fault and they don’t know how to make it any other way. Please pick any other restaurant, DO NOT EAT HERE

Haven’t been here in awhile, but it used to be good. Probably should’ve read the reviews first about how it’s changed . . . I got the garlic chicken lunch special with wonton soup. Everything was bland/tasteless, and the fried rice was dry. There was barely any chicken, it was mostly filler vegetables. Only giving it two stars instead of one because they were fast.

Absolutely love both the general tso shrimp and general tso chicken. Delicious!! The establishment is very clean. Panda Garden City Restaurant gets five ⭐ stars for all around great service with an extensive menu of excellent dishes prepared.
