Nothing personal – the food was on par with other Chinese restaurants in the area. Orange beef was inedible, mainly b/c it was nearly void of meat. Photo is what was left after I picked out what little meat was present. GSChicken wasn’t much better – mostly breading, little flavor and missing the requested spiciness. Husband ate a few pieces and gave up. Steamed vegetables were ok, but the shrimp that came with them were chewy and had a strange aftertaste. I do not like giving negative reviews, but I’m starting to think the only way we’ll get decent Chinese food in the region is to speak up.

This is the first review I have ever left online. I have owned 4 food establishments and feel its my place for the public to know what I experienced here. I went in to buy my inlaws some food. As I was ordering I saw a man sitting on a bucket picking his nose continually and playing with it. I almost vomited. The man then got up and preceded to cook!!! I cancel my order immediately and told the woman why. She acted like she didn’t understand but turned to the guy and said something and he glared at me.
Do not go to this place people.

Just ordered the Sa Cha Chicken. It was 97% ONION and very bland. If I wanted a sliced large onion sauted in Chinese sauce, I would have asked for it. It was horrible and cost over $10.

The food was lacking flavor, big time. I got three different dishes and they were all greatly lacking. The lady who answered the phone and took my order was quite rude. When my wife walked in the door to pick it up the lady yelled to her “what do you want?!” I guess that’s what they mean by New York style Chinese food. I suppose it is as advertised. Not sure how they stay open.

The food has absolutely no flavor. Fried pork rice bland and tastes like regular white rice. I ordered roast pork with Chinese vegetables combination platter. It’s was loaded with zucchini and onion. Pork was all fat and I even found a bone. It’s a whole in the wall place. Quality of the food is NOT authentic Chinese food at all! I wasn’t given any Chinese noodles with my platter,so I asked for some and was told that I had to pay for them. I also asked for extra hot sauce and was given (3) small packets. The portions are small for the price. Very dingy atmosphere. I’ll not be ordering from them again. I even called to express my complaint of zucchini being used in place of Chinese vegetables and she argued with me. If I want zucchini,I’ll grab it from my garden. Whatever was available was used to make my meal which wasn’t eaten. Zucchini is NOT a Chinese vegetable. The lady was rude on the phone. I don’t know what changed in the restaurant as it used to be good. Not great,but acceptable.

Ever since I moved into area which is now been 3 years I’ve been coming to panda garden and let me tell you never a bad meal! The food is always hot made so fresh and is amazingly tasty never waited longer then 10 minutes I been raveing about panda garden to my family for so long they finally tried it and guess what they love it to! Get the spare ribs so good and dumpling if you live in whitehouse or near by go here!

I’ve been ordering takeout here for years since I was back in middle school. 10/10 recommend them as a spot for reasonably priced, quality, and legitimately delicious Chinese-American food. They do a great job with their dishes and unlike other Chinese-American spots, they use a perfect amount of oil!
