In general, I think Panda Express is one of the better fast-food chains. I’ve had plenty of good experiences at other locations. However, this particular location has had some strange and disappointing issues.
The staff is friendly, and service is usually quick, but I’ve noticed some odd anomalies with the food. For example, in my most recent chicken and mushroom meal, I found what appeared to be small chunks of rock mixed in. Unfortunately, I have no real way to prove it other than a chipped tooth. but it was definitely not a pleasant surprise.
The parking lot is another issue. It’s extremely tight and poorly laid out. In the five minutes I was sitting there eating my lunch, I actually watched two minor car accidents happen and most of the congestion seemed to come from the Wingstop next door.
In the past, I’ve ordered family meals, and they’ve packed the bags so full that the containers pop open and spill before I even make it home. Between that and this recent experience, it’s been pretty disappointing overall.
I really hope management takes this feedback seriously because Panda Express usually does much better than this.

They substituted beef with minced cat food?
Look at my photo.

Was curious about the new hot orange chicken since other stuff needed 10 minutes left to cook. Thought, maybe I’ll try something else on my short lunch. Today, I found out that you don’t give samples anymore. Sad day, walked out without ordering anything.

This Location is next to useless. Never answers phone. Closes lobby randomly. You never know if they are open or not. Underpay staff so no one ever wants to work here. This place has food that sits for hours until someone comes through drivethrough. This place is Garbage, should replace with something else.

Why every time I order teriyaki chicken they never give me teriyaki sauce. It’s just giving me grilled chicken.

Great foods and affordable. $25 for 2. Serving big. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fast, easy and convenient. They didn’t ask for tips. It is great.

I love Panda Express so much; it’s always been my favorite place to eat. However the last month and a half, the place has been horrible. I ordered food for delivery along with my brother, and our food was badly undercooked. I got in contact with the store and only received platitudes, and upon my brother throwing up from the food poisoning, I got in contact with the Alaska Food and Health Department. They assured me that they’d investigate the store, so about two weeks later I felt confident enough to order from them again. Unfortunately nothing changed; my food (orange chicken) was undercooked again, and on top of that the egg rolls weren’t cooked right this time. I ended up having severe nausea. I haven’t ordered from them since, but a coworker of mine told me they’d gotten food from the place only to get severe food poisoning. So this is a food safety issue that’s been going on for at least a month and a half; until this place gets sorted out, I heavily recommend that you avoid this place.

The fastest American Chinese food you’ll find in town! The drive-thru is very quick in comparison to dining inside; I think seeing all that food makes it hard to choose. Please be polite and let people order ahead of you if the entree you want is “old”, “cold”, or “not enough”; wait or choose a different entree. Thank you from all those who are limited on time.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I couldn’t just keep this to myself. I found a cooked worm in the super greens I ordered. I tried my hardest to ignore it but once I saw it and couldn’t forget it everything started to look like worms so I couldn’t finish my meal. Maybe I ate worms, maybe I got lucky and found the only one in my meal before I ate it but it was a real deal breaker lol
