I went through the drive through, and the young lady at the window wasn’t very nice. Second, I didn’t receive a fork or any napkins, and the food was warm at best. I know it’s a drive through chain restaurant but I would at least like a fork to eat my food with.

Just downloaded the app and ordered the bigger plate. With 2 entrees of teriyaki and 1 honey walnut shrimp. Opened the box to the honey walnut but was given a single small entree box for the teriyaki chicken. Like are yall rationing or something? I know this is not 3 entree worthy.

Disappointing Experience
I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the quality of the meal I recently ordered from your establishment. As someone with a significant appreciation for quality cuisine, I found the food both lacking in taste and presentation.
The meal I anticipated, comprising Chow Mein, Spring Rolls, and Super Greens, was unfortunately not what was delivered. In an unfortunate mix-up, I received Fried Rice instead of Chow Mein. To compound matters, the rice appeared to contain eggs, which are not to my dietary preference, rendering the dish inedible for me.
The Spring Rolls were a further source of disappointment. They bore an unappetizingly stale appearance that suggested they were not freshly prepared. Additionally, they were excessively drenched in oil, to the point where the packaging was soaked through, a telltale sign of poor culinary standards. The rolls were also served cold, adding to the overall poor dining experience.
The Super Greens, a dish I had eagerly looked forward to, shared a similar fate, being coated in an excessive amount of oil and served cool. This was particularly disappointing as it detracted from the inherent freshness and vibrancy that one would typically associate with such a dish.
Despite the swift delivery service for which the driver is to be commended, the overall quality of the food was simply not up to par. The oiliness of the dishes, their lack of freshness, and the incorrect order served all contributed to a notably subpar dining experience. I am left with no choice but to rate this experience with a single star.

My sisters, our children, & I came in & spent some well needed bonding time here. It was my first time at this location & they did not disappoint! We thanked them at the end of our dinner trip & they were all super friendly, taking turns telling us to have a good night & such. Good experience!

Food was disappointing. So for the location I expect way WAY BETTER. Yes, I did come close to closing and expected a limited menu, what I didn’t expect when they told me to pull around to the front (with about 5 cars that came after me) to wait while they cooked a fresh batch of chicken which is fine. I have no qualms about waiting for fresh cooked food at all. What was even more disappointing (and horrifying shocking) than the quality of food after waiting for ‘fresh cooked food’ was the fact I watched a worker use cleaner on the glass not only on the outside of the glass next to the food they were still scooping food and serving customers out of but THE INSIDE OF THE GLASS TOO!
Now for those of you oblivious to the hazardous nature of the cleaning chemicals you use NOT around food when in the industry even BEFORE COVID let’s just say be happy you are ignorant. Yes I got photos and yes I got video. Thank you Google for the reminder. I meant to report this dangerous shortcut practice at this store to the board of health. I ended up throwing out my $40 order after seeing this.

We decided to stop in for dinner since the kids love fried rice. Got 2 cub meals and a bowl. Portions could have been filled completely for the cub meals rather then barley filled. We ended up ordering a side of rice after kids ate their meals beacuse the cub portions werent filled all the way. We got 3 meals and they gave one fortune cookie, I asked for a couple more but she didn’t want to give more than one. I told her what you expect my kids to share one cookie, then she threw in a couple more. We actually dined in, but it was freezing inside! Just as cold as outdoors and it is below freezing in winter time! Next time we will stick with the drive thru

The food is good if you come during the day. At night time they try and sell old looking food. They also close the seating area in the lobby early to encourage you not to eat in.

Panda Express is great! I didn’t try it until recently because of mediocre reviews, but people aren’t giving it a fair shake. I tried it because of a fundraiser they offered to a local student club, so that’s already a win. Food was great! Probably spent less than I would have getting McDs. Now I am going back just to enjoy the food at a good price.
