I haven’t been to this mall for several months but was in the area yesterday and did a little shopping followed by a meal at Panda Express. The noodles were disgusting! They weren’t even cooked all the way, they were out of rice completely, the whole food court of the mall was just dirty and amazed me at how bad it has gotten. Don’t even ask about the women’s bathroom! I used to be a regular at this mall and after yesterdays visit I have no desires to go back.

Not cooking anything and standing around joking with each other while a long line goes through? This has happened both recent attempts to eat here now. They told us 10 minutes, 15 minutes later maybe another 5. Meanwhile whatever food was ready when we ordered has been sitting on the side getting cold and everyone here after us is walking away with whatever has been coming out. Absolute pathetic service.

I wasted my entire LAW REQUIRED break in line, I timed it. I’m a mall employee and I understand that sometimes it gets busy, but it sucks even more when I see people not doing their job and moving with no sense of urgency and wasting my time to go ahead and get food that isn’t even prepared right. The only person there with a good attitude is Erika, she’s super kind and always has a smile, but the rest of crew is absolutely miserable and disregards what good customer service, speed and quality is supposed to look like. Do NOT call yourself a “fast food” place if you took 15 minutes to get past a line of ONLY 4 customers. Mind you, I was already really light headed and was so close to passing out in the line because I went there thinking I could get a quick bite to refuel my body. Never again will I be going to this Panda Express.

Idk what is going on with them (if this is for all the workers who plate the food at the mall location), but they are scampy on the entrees, especially the new guy. Like one scoop of an entree? It wasn’t like this before.

15 minute wait to get to the front of the line. Only one person and one couple on front of me. The couple in front of me had five minutes to decide what they wanted before being served and could not decide. Then they went back and forth for another 5 minutes to start filling their “bigger plate”. Then they began ordering sides after the order should have been completed. The server had to go back and around other servers to fill the order. Next they debated what to drink. Meanwhile 15 people are waiting behind them!! My order took less than 2 minutes to complete.

I ordered a plate of Chow mein and orange chicken using Uber eats, I got my chow mein but my plate had no orange chicken, paid for the whole thing but got less than half. Terrible place to eat.

Online order was placed at 10:55am, arrived at 11:04, estimated pickup was 11:15. It’s 11:45 and still no order ready even after multiple in-store orders were made and completed. Staff was unresponsive as to the status of the order.
