The only reason I’m writing this review is to share my experience with an employee named “Able”. He actually pulled up behind me as I drove into the parking lot and entered the store right after I did. The drive through line was almost out of the parking lot however, nobody was inside besides a couple who had already been served and was eating at their table. I approached the counter and a young lady was there (obviously FRANTICALLY trying to serve the drive through line) when Able came storming in behind me and then proceeded to very rudely ask what I needed. He was not attentive. He rushed me through the whole order. He didn’t listen to me. He kept looking at the drive through line. I tried to speak to him to explain to him that I was getting this order for my mother….I understand that not everyone wants to hear my personal business, but this man wouldn’t even look at me. He started grabbing boxes and gave me the feeling that I was creating a HUGE inconvenience for him by stepping into his store. He was rude. He did not say a word to me besides “WHAT?!” because it was loud in there. I don’t understand what his problem was but if he doesn’t like dealing with people, he can find a new job. As you can see based on my previous posts, I don’t go on here to complain. Only to compliment. I tried to call the store directly to ask for a manager but nobody answered. I ordered two chicken egg rolls which he did not put in there (my fault for not checking….but not really. All he had to do was look at me and listen and he couldn’t even provide me with that courtesy). I was literally the only person inside. I was so busy trying to figure what the hell I did to this guy to cause him to be so rude to me that I wasn’t paying attention to the food he was serving me. Check out my lovely Panda bowl that he gave me. Thanks so much for the hook up on the sesame chicken, Abel! Again….my fault for not looking at my food. I was simply so confused about why this guy was being so rude to me. I was attempting to get him to look up or make eye contact or speak a word to me that I forgot this man was serving the food I’m about to eat and I should probably pay attention. In my defense, I shouldn’t have to worry about your disgruntled employees being overly rude to me and screwing up my order as a result. He had one job. I was the only person in the store. Rant over.

My first time at this location and hitting the drive thru to bring dinner home. Food was prepared quickly, condiments were spot on (hot sauce and teriyaki). They forgot the chopsticks but I have my own at home. The kid at the window was super friendly, great attitude. The food was good, tasted fresh and I’ll definitely be back.

Today, when I arrived in Pasco, it was the last day before we returned to Canada. I Googled for lunch options but couldn’t find a restaurant that appealed to me. Eventually, I decided to go to the Chinese chain restaurant, Panda Express. I had never considered trying Chinese fast food before. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I found it to be spacious and well-lit with plenty of seating. The menu options looked good, and when I checked the prices, I was pleasantly surprised. Two main dishes and one side dish only cost $9.80, making it the cheapest restaurant I’ve been to on this trip. What I liked most was that I could choose a serving of brown rice and half vegetables as the side dish. Behind the counter, I could see a chef continuously cooking, and when he noticed me taking a photo of him, he waved and smiled at me. I originally planned to get takeout, but since there were plenty of seats, I decided to dine in. The vegetables were fresh and not overcooked, the chicken stir-fry was flavorful, and the beans were crisp. The chicken breast was tender and well-seasoned,The only improvement I could suggest is to make the skin crispier. However, considering the price I paid and the quality of the food, I felt it was a great value.

The food was good but the service or should I say the employees weren’t wearing gloves which is kind of unsanitary and bad to which might get us all COVID 19 again so Panda Express if you see this you better get gloves for all employees so they can be sanitary and be better and you better before I become a police officer which I’m going to once after I’m out of colllege and high school in 10 or 4 years from now

My wife ordered our food for take-out through the app. It was ready on or before the time requested, and it was all very delicious!
I would recommend using the app, as it allows for discounts that make this much more affordable for feeding the whole family.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent order from Panda Express. Upon opening my meal, I discovered multiple bugs embedded within the broccoli. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and quality control at this location.
I’ve attached photos of what I received, along with an online photo showing the same type of bugs in broccoli
