Corporate slop vibes but the staff really turn a drab space into a home by being genuine. Too bad the owners of that franchise along with all other fast food chains have turned to brutalist architecture uninspired and uninviting. The only saving graces at these restaurants are those few ultra positive staff who save the space from depression. Most restaurants don’t even have one of these positive people to keep the vibes. I like to eat in the store to hear how nice they can be for everyone.

This place is ripping me off about 75% of the time. There to go containers are already small and they never fill them, ALWAYS 1/2-3/4 full. Nothing will be done because management is a joke and so are their employees. Probably why they work here because they aren’t smart enough or gave the skills to do anything else. Lost my business.

Out of the last ten visits, perhaps thrice to be fair- have they got my order packed correctly to order. Bigger plates can frequently appear to be the same as a regular plate. And the worst of all, no matter how many times they ask and confirm the amount and specified sauces you want for your meal, (3&4 times) expect to be shorted nearly every time on sauces- even after confirmation. It shows they don’t listen and only ask the question. You can obtain your sauces if you make it awkward and ask after they hand you the bag, and then you will receive a nasty look and your sauce. It is utterly unwelcoming and uncomfortable..
I have called with kind manner numerous times to make positive change- and get customers what they ask for (I can’t be the only one) there has been no change and I hear laughing through the line.
I dearly hope a higher up sees this, it is a minimal issue but has great impact on happiness of your customers.

This is the worst Panda Express anywhere in the world. I don’t know if it’s a training facility or just hires “special people”, but either way it’s awful. Small portions, everything is always out and the people working there look like deer in the headlights. The management us unprofessional with employees in front of customers and they never seem to care. Look at this 2 entree plate in the picture. No egg, peas, or carrots in my rice and it appears I got one scoop instead of 2 for my entree. Do not waste your money in this trash panda.

Very upset! First, no napkins in the dispenser with multiple employees around! It’s hard enough getting staff attention – stood there at the counter for a few minutes as she noticed me and continued to stack and organize her soy sauce packs. I kindly asked for a bag for our large meal we ordered and she shot back “we will charge for the bag.” And I asked even if we are eating here with a large order and she shook her head up and down indicating yes….. I have never been through this kind of behavior leaving a FAST FOOD restaurant!!! Seriously you couldn’t give me a bag!? Thanks for letting me carry my order out… I felt she denied my request because I interrupted her work and kindly asked over the counter for a bag! I could tell this upset her!! Like seriously. I was nice as can be! Way to stick it to me sheesh. With the current staff I will not return… btw she appeared to be a manager which shocks me

I went to panda to spend a gift card that was given to me, however once I attempted to use it, the cashier said it had zero dollar on it. I was confused because I had used part of it before, so I went to my car and grabbed the receipt and it said their was still plenty of money left on it. I showed the cashier and she said this time their was money on it however I can not use it because I already paid for my meal. The annoying thing is the only reason I went thier was because I had a gift card.
