The portions are significantly smaller. I ordered a large ala cart entree and thought they gave me a small size…. Nope. They’ve dramatically decreased their portions. We ordered plates that normally fill us up and everyone was still hungry. Not worth the price tag, my visits will be much less, if at all now.

There was a long black hair in my food. I called and spoke to the manager to tell them about it and she offered to remake the food. I obviously declined the offer since I was trying not to throw up. I would have accepted a refund but I will never eat there again.

Please DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. Go to another Panda Express if youre craving it. The customer service is alright but the food is a joke. The chow mein is always super dry and they upcharge for shrimp (which is fine) but when I got my bowl it was filled with dry chow mein and LITERALLY 6 pieces of shrimp. Not worth it at all. This was my last time visiting this place. Go try them out if you really want, but you’ll know what I mean after you leave.

The inside is very clean, family friendly, a wonderful place if you’re in the mood for American Chinese food.
The drive thru is lovely, quick and makes grabbing a bite to eat worth while. They do charge for bags but it’s cheap.
The employees are very friendly and even offer advice on the food items. My favorite is the teriyaki chicken, extra teriyaki sauce, chow mien with a chicken egg roll.

This is generally my go to location but the service is hit or miss. The last time I was there they totally forgot about me. Went through the drive through, was told that the Beijing beef would be out in two min and they asked me to pull to the front. 20 min later still no food, went inside and my boxes are just sitting there with no Beijing beef. I was obviously irritated. The drive through guy saw me and said something to another staff member who started finishing and bagging up my order but literally felt like she just took her sweet time. She handed me the order, didn’t get a sorry about the wait, thanks for coming in or anything.

I’m glad this place is finally open!!! I’ve been waiting for months! I got a coupon in the mail for this specific Panda Express and was excited to use it for my big family meal!!! The food was great and the new building looks pretty inside, just a bit chaotic when busy but it’s ok.

Had to wait for 30 minutes for a 2 person order cuz they “misplaced” it and couldn’t find order as the order was being filled? Ordered online 15 minutes prior had to wait another 15 in store and anything fried was hella soggy from that being prepped first, mad annoyed

There werent enough staff working. The line was long and the crew member that was working kept asking if people were together or separate. She asked me twice with two separate people. I wasnt really looked at that point with the double question. The rice tasted off idk seemed old. The cabbage in the noodles was off too.
