I had a wonderful experience at Panda Restaurant. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. Lee was especially kind and helpful his friendly attitude made my visit even better. The rest of the staff were welcoming, and the service was fast and professional. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again. Thank you for the great experience!

The I believe Russian lady at the front is absolutely so rude I’ve been here twice and she’s quiet then gets visible frustrated when i couldn’t hear her. I placed a pick up order and came to get it and couldn’t hear her then she proceeded to basically walk away and ask for my name when she was so far down the glass, then slammed my food at me and proceeded to say something under her breath, I’ve worked fast food and that was sooooo rude and unprofessional

Usually love this location, but they had rice that was burnt. I asked for fresh rice they still burnt. It asked to have a different side and they refuse to give it to give my a different side. Absolute terrible customer service Service would not recommend eating here.

Did an online order and made the mistake to have it made at 5:30 instead of 5:00. I called them to see if they could change the time and without hesitating they said they would. They were incredibly kind and willing to help out EVEN with a line. Best customer service in a long time. Shout out to the panda team! Thank you

Ordered online food was not ready when I got the pickup text. Waited 30 minutes the person was rude didn’t listen didn’t give us sauce like we asked and when we got home only have one serving worth of a food we ordered 2 orders worth of. Noodles were over cooked and mushy.
Teriyaki sauce was watery. Very bland food. We tried to over look previous encounters, which were not very good experience’s, explains the front window being busted. Please take pride in your work. It shows believe me it shows.

Usually I don’t expect much when I eat at the mall. It’s not really anyone’s fault but there busy and deal with alot. Today when I went to get some Chow Mien, the lady (Shannen) behind the counter was really nice. I asked if she could get me some noodles with very little vegetables and she offered to make me a fresh bowl without any. It was really nice and considerate. Here’s hoping they continue to good customer service
