I placed an order for a 2-entree meal and only received about a half portion of one of them. I saw two employees rubbing their noses with the back of their glove while handling food. Very upset I wasted my time and money at this location.

Literally the worst fast food experience I’ve had. Ordered in Grubhub and showed up right on time. Asked for order they told me 5 mins. They repeated the “5 more mins” 6 times. I was there 45 minutes just standing there. Then when I got home and opened my food I had a grand total of 3, YES THREE, pieces of chicken for one of my entrees. They completely forgot my other entre. My cream cheese rangoons were still cold and barely fried. Also, they put my food UPSIDE DOWN in the bag.

Ordered online and food was ready when I got there. Unfortunately they gave such small entrees and completely messed up a bowl I ordered. It’s pretty standard Panda Express food tho.

Won’t take orders at the counter. Have to use grubhub. Waited 12 minutes in the store and still got cold food.

We were excited to come here for lunch but it was not open, seems like the hours are not correct and this place is not open anymore.

Ordered at the kiosk which said there was a 14 minute wait. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes for our food to start getting made. Very busy. It seems that the pickup orders are taking precedent over food ordered on site. When I asked about our place in the queue, I was told there was no more chow mein right then. There was a whole stack of orders waiting for the cow mein.

Orders only by Kiosk or by App. No in-person orders or service. I’m not a robot. App is GrubHub. Parking is insane.

Awful customer service. Waited an hour for our food while everyone after us got theirs. Manager tonight wouldn’t even comp the meal. Over 100 orders after us got theirs before us. Told the other man who was also waiting forever that his order was comped. When we asked what about ours the manager said he didn’t actually comp the guys meal. What a scam. Gave us some ragoons to make it better. Go figure. Manager was defensive, we watched the worker girl rearrange the tickets like crazy. Won’t be back and will be letting people in town know about this.

EDIT: Got home and they didn’t even get the order right. Absolutely ridiculous

Home of the micro portions.
I go to Panda Express in many different cities and this location is by far the stingiest with food portions. I think they get away with it because you order from a GrubHub kiosk and not directly from the person who is scooping up your food- so the worker short changes your portion size without you knowing. You just go to the register and pick up your pre paid food and pray that you didn’t get cheated. Here’s a pic of the 2 entree plate of king pao chicken. Weak.
