This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. I arrived at the Wenatchee, Washington Panda Express at 9:04 hoping to get some “fast food”. I was second in the drive through line, and didn’t get my order taken until 9:16 pm. I get it, long wait times happen, but the experience escalated. My server was Marsela M. She was extremely rude while I ordered, and said I had a 10 to 12 minute wait. I proceeded to say okay that’s fine and ignored her rude demeanor. I pulled into the spot they told me to, and then waited for 20 minutes before going in there to see what the hold up was. I didn’t place a large order and wondered if maybe they forgot about it. Well the same server mentioned above took a solid minute to even acknowledge me. I was taken aback because there were no customers inside, and I could see my first order of cream cheese rangoons sitting on top of the counter. I kindly asked her how much longer my wait would be, because I’d been there for 20 minutes already. She asked the cook about the wait time, to which he said 3 to 5 minutes. 10 more minutes went by before I decided to go back inside again. Surely I thought they would be done with my small order by then. To my disdain they were not. I asked again what was going on. I was then met with an utterly rude attitude, and told there was another wait time. I placed 3 orders of 3 rangoons, totaling to 9 rangoons. It shouldn’t take that long to fry them up. At this point I was annoyed, so I asked for a refund. Ultimately because I didn’t want the food that had been sitting out and getting cold in between those long wait times. I was shocked that they didn’t even put it under the warmer light to keep it warm. I finally got to talk to the manager Vianey M. It was very obvious this person does not care about their customers at all. I asked them if I could get my food and a refund. Hoping that they would make it right for the situation I was in… but no, they said “why would I give you the food if you want a refund? So here you go sir, have a good night.” I wish I could express how rude they were to me throughout my whole experience there. I’m not one to ask for free food, but if you want to continue to over charge me for “fast food”, at least try to make the customer happy. From what I saw, the manager only had one person cooking, and three people sweeping. They told me they were closing soon, but I came in an hour and a half before closing (10:30). I came in at 9:04 to be exact. I finally got my refund at 9:50. The amount of time wasted for 9 Rangoons is absolutely ridiculous. There was also another customer in there who ordered his food after I did, asking about his long wait time. He had sat outside parked next to me for some time as well. Marsela M practically laughed about the situation as she talked to the cook about it. The cook proceeded to look at the other person having problems and laughed as well. Unfortunately I do not have the cooks name, but I have the two people that gave me receipts. They have time stamps on them and everything. This was absolutely ridiculous. I left and spent my money at McDonalds instead. Worst experience with fast food ever. Im very disappointed because it was a restaurant that I actually liked. I will not be coming back or giving my business to this place ever again

Not very happy with my experience here. Maybe because I just had a really good experience somewhere else earlier in the day but either way. I came to panda excited for my orange chicken and chow mein (I get the same thing every time) and I was extremely disappointed. Not only was the chow mein blegh and flavorless but they didn’t even give me my orange chicken. Despite ordering orange chicken, verifying orange chicken, and orange chicken being on the recipe, I still somehow ended up with what I assume is teriyaki chicken. By the time I realized, it was too late. I don’t get panda often because it’s an hour away from where I live so I was really looking forward to getting my favorite “fast food”. Just very disappointed.

I always look forward to getting lunch from Panda. This time, I bought three lunch boxes, but they actually missed one of my dishes! It’s outrageous that they can shortchange me when there aren’t many people around. I’m really frustrated!

Ordered a plate that’s supposed to come with 2 sides at drive thru, only came with one of the sides I ordered. Y’all owe me a broccoli beef. Service lady at the window also had a careless attitude.

Just don’t come here. This location is not accommodating for the region they serve. The wait is 10-20 mins inside the business and drive through. Not sure if it’s locally owned or a national chain. Population and tourism in the area make it for an uncomfortable experience. You can see how overwhelming it is for the staff. Not one employee had a smile the entire hour of my experience. Hard working folks? Yes. Severely understaffed? Yes. Do better Panda Express.

I ordered vegetarian chow mein and they put in lettuce and other veggies. I noticed my lettuce and all the veggies are brown colored. Lettuce turns brown when the lettuce is going bad and needs to be thrown away. All my veggies did not look fresh and looked brown/and nasty. I don’t appreciate if I pay for something I wanted, I should be able to get atleast fresh food. I’m not happy with the food I ordered.

Several times we have went through the drive thru for take out. And 75% of the time they are always out of something that we wanted. However tonight it was 7:30pm on a Saturday and we sat in the drive-through until it was our turn and then we were told to wait. We waited for 10 minutes before somebody got on the microphone. We tried to order and we were told they are out of fried rice, chow mein, all of the chicken rolls and vegetable rolls. And then it would be a 12 to 20 minute wait just for that. We didn’t even make it to order our entrées. This is ridiculous. Every time we go there, they’re constantly out of something. Maybe they shouldn’t have a drive-through if we have to wait 20 minutes for something as simple as an eggroll or rice.

I love to go here and get food to go when in hurry. I love the spicy beef. Today I tried the sweet chili shrimp. It was ok not very much sweet chili really. I ordered to go lunch for myself and a friend and they never disappoint

Bad service and poor quality food/ drink. Firstly the food the gave us was under cooked, and their fountain drinks were flat and flavorless. In addition the order was taken incorrectly. We went inside to simply get our order fixed, however, the manager and other staff had an aditide when asked to fix their mistake. Overall poor service and quality.

5 out of 5 stars
My recent takeout experience at Panda Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Belinda (if I recall the name correctly). They were patient, allowing us ample time to browse the menu and make our decisions, all with a warm and welcoming smile.
The true stars of the show, however, were the food itself. Both the quantity and quality were outstanding. The portions were generous, ensuring there was enough to satisfy everyone, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful.
While I opted for takeout this time, the friendly and attentive service combined with the high-quality food makes me eager to try the dine-in experience in the future. Panda Restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking delicious and satisfying Chinese cuisine, with exceptional service to match.
