Staff are very friendly and the dining area was clean. The teriyaki chicken breast is moist and I like that they cut it when you order it. The only reason for not being 5 star is because the rice is always dry. I even got brand new rice and I was excited that it might not be but unfortunately it was and always is. The parking lot has tight spots so if you drive a large truck parking is a problem sometimes.

Very bad experience at this location, which is usually the opposite. My husband ordered on the app while we headed to the restaurant. When we pulled up no one was in the store, but shortly after my husband ran in to get it several customers came in. They said they were making one of the items ordered, so my husband ordered another side of chicken and then waited. After helping several other people and ten minutes later the order was ready. My kids were hungry so we rushed home, only to find that the only item my kids eat was not in the box. They gave me a double order of Beijing beef and no orange chicken, which is what my kids eat. I ordered a 3 item meal with beef and broccoli, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. I ended up with two sides of Beijing beef and literally 4 pieces of broccoli with 2 small pieces of the beef that comes in it. I had to make food at home for the kids , when the only reason we went to Panda was so that they could eat ASAP because it was late at night and I didn’t want to cook. My husband said the person that started the order left and someone else finished it after the crowd that came in after we ordered and arrived to pick it up . The service was bad, the food was wrong, and what was right was extremely small portions. We will definitely not be back. Not worth the money at all 🙁

Family of 5 here. All the food tasted fresh and DELICIOUS! A lot going on these days with online ordering, door dash, grub hub, etc… Staff was able to multitask well. Got our food timely and again DELICIOUS! Thank you to the staff and the cook of the day Jonas!

I ordered Online and sent my mom to pick up the order. Confirmation said it would be ready at 3:55 and she didn’t get it until after 4. The Food was left sitting on the Counter for a least 20 Minutes as by the time she got the order and took it home, the Food was cold. Had to Microwave to eat it which is UNACCEPTABLE. The Customer Service could be better. Small Portions for a high price. Orange Chicken pieces need to be smaller, too much Vegetables in the Rice and Chow Mein. After eating my Food, I’m still hungry. Feels like I ate a small snack rather than a meal. This is probably the last time I will order Panda Express Ever. Very Disappointed. There is also no Price on the Pick Up Receipt. That’s shady.

Never liked these chains that make a big deal in ads about shrimp, steak, etc then give you a pretty small scoop at best. Better to go to the independent operators than these big franchises. Lucky to get more than a couple of pieces of whatever. Worse was out of fried rice, which seemed odd and had to wait quite while.

Brocoli too big, never have noodles ready, out of bajing beef. Forgot to ask for a drink. Thay never asked.

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always—but what really made our visit stand out was the service. Logan was incredible! Super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. He literally saved us money and made our day. People like him make a big difference—Panda Express, give this guy a raise!
