Overall it was pretty quick to get what the kids wanted to eat. The staff was friendly. And the kids enjoyed their food and so did my husband so good experience overall.

Not bad if you’re at the Mall and you want something quick. The food does not have much flavor and after sitting in the warming tray it’s rarely as hot as I’d like it.

The food here is tasty enough but I’m not coming back here after I saw one of the cooks drop their spatula on the floor and put it back on the stove where they prep the food. I’ve worked in the food service industry and that is a BIG no no.

We go to this restaurant almost every other day and every time their chicken is raw. I have to mention it to the manager everytime to get the food remade. This has been an ongoing issue that doesn’t get corrected. It’s a serious problem and their chefs don’t care so be careful and check your food before consuming. They even do cross-contamination of raw and cooked food. You will get sick eating raw chicken and contaminated food.

Last two times they took about an hour. It’s beyond me why drive through gets so jammed up. Or online orders take so long to complete.

This recent time told me it was almost done and to wait for it outside. Some would bring it out in a couple minutes. 15 minutes later I had to go in to it sitting on shelf Luke warm. I worked hospitality industry for over 5 years and it baffles me why it’s so difficult.

Get home to add insult to injury they couldn’t put right order together.

New management is clearly needed.

This experience ruined the entire Franchise for me won’t be eating here again. Stale chow mein, hard orange chicken. No fresh ingredients insight ☺️

I visited this location last week, and went to order just some ragoons, a fairly fast/easy order. The first girl, who i can tell is new so im not overly upset about it, said she would be right with me, then moved on to the ppl behind me…never took my order and they checked out much faster then i. I admit I should have just left at this point, but I really wanted those ragoons lol! Then the other girl asks if ive been helped, I say no and she started to ring me up, or so I think, then just walks away lol! Thankfully, the supervisor (im guessing) noticed me. He was very kind and apologetic. I’d give him a 5 star rating, but everything else was at least a 2. Those girls were pretty rude and I won’t be returning.

I just finished eating and a girl served me rudely. That girl should go work somewhere else if she doesn’t like it. Or she should study manners.

What used to be a place where you could get mediocre Chinese-ish food at a mediocre price has been fully been victimized by end-stage capitalism. The 45 year owners of the once-popular chain they created have singularly turned more people away from Chinese food than even the MSG rumors.

We used to frequent a very nice independent Chinese restaurant when, over the course of a year, went from serving fantastic food, to barely edible food, then suddenly the restaurant closed and the owners retired buying a beautiful mansion in town never to work again.

It seems to me that the Panda Express owners are following the same plan.

In the food court, food was tasty but the “50 cents for a refill” policy is a big big minus. Not to mention it’s not listed on their drink menu. Bait and switch!
