Came here at night, craved some good ol’ chinese takeout..walked in, and there was a dinner rush! Nothing out of the ordinary for restaurants, and I expected a wait anyways. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles! I walked up and asked for a plate (great deal for a big meal), and the manager named Tesa asked if I’d like my chow mein fresh, telling me it’d be a 5 minute wait. Can’t say no to fresh food! While I waited and watched the line, she and the other employees handled everything with a smile! I was thanked for my patience, and I thanked them for the awesome service! I definitely recommend coming to this specific Panda Express location, they absolutely KILLED it with service!

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location near Panda Express. Unfortunately, the service and quality I received were unsatisfactory for several reasons.

First, the packaging provided is unprofessional. The plastic bags are flimsy and lack the durability and professional presentation found at other local businesses or even larger chains like McDonald’s, which utilize more secure paper packaging. Furthermore, many non-corporate establishments take the time to use paper bags with custom branding, which is both more professional and environmentally friendly.

Regarding the food, I found the quality to be poor and lacking flavor. Given the pricing, the value does not match the product served. I also noted a lack of essential condiments and a general lack of attention to detail during the hand-off.

Finally, the level of service was disappointing. The staff was unresponsive, and the manager was dismissive when I asked a question.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve your quality of service, presentation, and environmental impact.

Long day of work and my daughters had a hankering for some Panda Express. Being a single dad it is a lifesaver to have help with dinner when I’m too tired to cook. Tesa was wonderful and helped prepare our food, also great conversation. Zack was also really nice.

This panda is better than most I’ve gone to, the food is particularly clean (if that makes sense) and tastes better than you would expect from a panda express. It’s biggest drawback is just inconsistent portioning. Sometimes I’ll get a ton of meat others a lot less.

The one star is for the manager or whoever is running this place because if I could give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars to the workers I would. I go to this place often and food is good but they are always short in staff… There was not food ready in the trays and only one girl in the kitchen and one serving there was at least 10 people waiting, and even with this pressure on this two girls they were nice to people and trying their best to make it work…They should get a raise…although this is not how it should be.

Gave me beef instead of black pepper chicken. Then told me they wouldn’t give me a refund unless I drove back and they don’t serve black pepper chicken. They would have been closed by the time I could get back there.
Meanwhile their online menu says they offer black pepper chicken. My receipt says I ordered black pepper chicken and the label they stuck on the box says black pepper chicken is in the box.
This location is a joke but they will keep your money after they mess up your order

I’ve ordered from this location three times. Every single time they’ve messed up my order. The first time I ordered pickup, and they didn’t give us our sweet and sour sauce. The 2nd time I ordered for delivery, I had ordered one of their refresher drinks as well as a diet coke. What I ended up receiving was the large Diet Coke and a kid-sized Diet Coke. It took FOREVER to get a refund for it. The last time I ordered, I did it for pickup. I ordered the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, but they didn’t even give us the aioli sauce it’s supposed to come with. Each time I went in for pickup, it was dead in there, with employees just standing around basically, so I’m not sure why it’s so hard to make sure the order is correct.
