Rice is always hard and crunchy no matter what time I go or how many times I’ve been the rice is never GOOD. How hard is it to make rice? It’s 2 water to 1 rice ratio. At least 1.5 to 1 ratio. Rice sitting in a rice pot should not get like that unless it’s sitting there for days or the bottom of the pot. Pls for the sake of good food teach all local stores how to make rice

Service is horrible and food is often cold if you order for pick up. Twice now I’ve had to go through the line and inquire about my order to find it’s been sitting there. Both times the wait has been much longer than their app suggests anywhere from 15min to 45mins past.

We catered 70 adults with their catered meals. Amazing value and amazing food. Everyone was freaking out how good this food was. You get four entrees and four sides plus a bunch of sauces and supplies for serving for $201. It was amazing feeds up to $26 to 30 people

I placed a large catering order for my daughters 16th birthday. An order over $200. It was placed first thing in the morning and to be ready at 6:00pm. I showed up at 6:00pm and I could see half of my order in large containers. ANDREW was very rude and unprofessional on telling me why it wasn’t ready. He could have seen an issue and helped but chose to give me terrible customer service and went to helping others. The manager came over and offered a drink, which was promptly denied, I didn’t want anything for free, just my food at the time it was supposed to be done for a large party. So I watched those containers sit there for over 30 minutes while the other food was being cooked. All in all I got my food at 6:35pm, the service was complexly incompetent and the five large containers that sat there were all cold as ice by time we opened them.

Its Panda. I like it cuz you know what you are getting every time. The one in Tumwater gets really busy around dinner time so I usually order for pickup a half hr before I wanna be there. Makes it easy.

This branch needs to figure out how to make their online pickup more efficient. This was during the dinner rush…I placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. The line was long, and I watched the whole line get cleared out while I waited and waited for my order, along with 10 other people. Occasionally the staff would call out names, but they were hard to hear over all the other calling out they were doing for food refills. All in all, I waited for 20 minutes past the order pickup time. Very frustrating, and I suppose next time I’ll just stand in line, it moves faster.

Went in about 1:05pm on a Wednesday and all the entrées had about 1 serving left and they had just started cooking more. I didn’t have the time to wait because of a doctor’s appointment. There was only 1 person behind me and 2 sitting at tables eating so its not like it was very busy. The rice was delicious and so was the chowmein.

I’ve never been to this Panda Express before. I went in around 11:30 and the broccoli beef was not ready so I said I would wait. The girl said it would be 5 minutes. After over 10 minutes I went up and asked her how long it would be, and she grabbed a container and made my bowl right then. So basically it was ready she just forgot about me after asking me to pay while I waited for my food. I wonder how long I would have waited if I didn’t walk up and ask her if I had been forgotten. I guess she didn’t need to remember me since I had already paid…
