This place deserves NEGATIVE stars HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE i kindly asked the employee for my order and she was just rude and had a nasty attitude when i asked to speak to the manager which is the young man in the picture “at least that’s what i was told” i told him about the employee and he laughed and i told him for him to have a Management position that was NOT PROFESSIONAL. ALL the employees except one ” JANAIDA ” was laughing as you can see on the picture. Almost 2 hours before closing time and can’t even serve fresh food. DO BETTER PANDA

This is our go to Panda Express branch. First time coming in today right as doors opened, 1000. Although a little wait for my large orders, it was worth it. Crews were attentive; the rest were doing their walkaround outside to clean their AOR and kudos to the only guy working those huge pans.

I don’t get why folks have rated this location so poorly. First of all, a drive thru? That’s awesome! My food was fresh, exactly as I ordered it, and tasty. Honestly, better than most of the local Chinese spots I’ve been to since moving here last year. It isn’t fancy but it does hit the spot.

As one of the well known fast food Asian chain restaurants, they didn’t even bother to put up the price for their juice. Is it just an overlook, laziness or purely intentional? They posted one price of $2.2 for juice on the menu board, but juice (2/3 filled with ice) I ordered was shown as $3.3 on the receipt. I asked them where I can find the price of juice I bought, and the staff replied that they don’t post the price anywhere in the store because it’s in-house.

the staff is super attentive! very considerate and accommodating. our family of 3 had a long day and stopped by inside to get our meals, our little one was fussy and they definitely made our day by being so on top of things and generous! thank you afternoon crew 8/31/25 7pm!

If you order in the app, do not trust the time it tells you. It won’t be ready when you get there. As for the food. Well the orange chicken was good as usual. Black pepper stake was bland but the steak was tender. I got no fork or napkins, but did get the condiments I asked for.

Every single time we go to this place it is a disaster. Any time we do not go inside the orders are wrong . One time I ordered fried rice with double orange chicken and they forgot the orange chicken. I opened my tray at home to only find rice. This last time they forgot a complete order for door dash . Ordered 2 entrees and only got 1 . Any time we go through the drive through they are out of almost every thing we order and we end up having to wait 5-15 minutes or they don’t offer a wait at all they just say they are plain out. Going inside is not a much better experience , last time we did that I was almost late to work because it took 20 minutes to get the orders for the 6 people in front of me . Then when they wanted to pay in cash the girl at the register did not know what to do with it and had to get management involved. I tried to ask if I could pay first and be on my way and they said no , they had already rang them up . Also just the quality of the food , the chicken is usually mushy and the rice and noodles are always dry , we have to pour soy sauce on them just to rehydrate it most of the time. We have been to many other locations including Arlington, Marysville and Everett. This is by far the worst Panda Express we have ever gone to. I think we have finally learned our lesson and won’t be giving them another chance to screw things up.

Located right of I5 by Walmart, this location is easy access on/off the freeway. I have usually gone through the drive-thru, the lines can get long around meal times.
