The employees have great work ethic, everyone is working hard and not standing around which is great. But their customer service is really terrible.
I don’t know if they are trained to prioritize delivery orders and if that’s the case, that is very poor business practice and something that Panda Express as a company needs to fix.
The workers will literally ignore whoever is in line (not even make eye contact or say “I’ll be right with you”), they are just staring down the entire time working on deliveries. As a customer, I felt more like I was watching a cooking show than at a restaurant.
From the time I stood in line, ordered and got back to my car, it took 30 minutes. I wasn’t in a rush so for me, it wasn’t a big problem.
The problems were: poor communication, no gloves and no one apologized for the long wait. One lady who was serving scooped up a chow mein noodle into a customers box with her bare hands and the girl was like “oh okay” but you could see she didn’t want to make a big deal out of it in front of other customers who also noticed.
Yes, I was there on NYE, so it was definitely busy. But I also arrived at 4:30pm which is not quite dinner time. I think for a solution, Panda Express needs to turn off or at least minimize the amount of delivery orders that can be placed at one time, between 4-6:30pm. This location is way too busy, the workers are perhaps doing their best but they also can’t seem to appropriately manage online and in-person customers.

I hate the people that work here. You can see them playing favorites in who gets bigger portions. But the biggest issue is the lack of gloves when serving. Waiting 3 times before posting this hoping it got better, guess not. Next time I’m filming

The food is fine, but the workers need to stop letting uber eats drivers cut in front of other people who are also doing online pick ups. Every time I go my food is ready for pick up, but there is a wait for a worker to get to me. They clearly see me waiting and even acknowledge me and say they will get to me. But also every time they will let a Uber Eats driver come in after me to cut in front of me to pick up their deliveries. They are enabling this behavior from the Uber Eats drivers. I had one driver literally walk around me to cut in front of me and the employee saw and didn’t care.

I always have a great experience at this Panda Express location. The food is fresh, delicious, and generously portioned. A special shoutout to Maggy and Nicio, they are always incredibly polite and provide excellent customer service. They make sure to assist with a smile and are generous when serving food on the plate. Their kindness and attention to detail make the visit even better. Highly recommend this location.

This was my perfect Panda experience. I walked in and there was one person in front of me, so basically no line at all. The gentleman behind the counter was very fast and the portions were larger than normal. the food was hot and exactly what I was craving.

I’ve come to this location several times… Every time I come here, there are long lines. Workers have no sense of urgency they are very understaffed. Only 2 people dishing up food. I’ve waited in line 28 min before I was able to order. With 14 people ahead of me.. highly do not recommend coming to this location on a weekend after 5pm. You will be waiting along time. Staff is not apologetic or friendly to top it off. Horrible service!
