It’s really a hit and miss here. There were a few dishes that were left empty. My favorite is the Supergreens, and wish that they’d come out with new vegetarian options. The beyond chicken is a little dry, while my husband did that his Honey Walnut Shrimp was a bit soggy.

The fried rice was like little crumbles and tasted old. The honey almond shrimp was hard and also tasted old like they were left over from the night before and cooked again. The mushroom chicken was almost all zucchini and a few tiny pieces of chicken. This was in the middle of the day – lunchtime. You would think they would have fresh food at that time of the day.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Our Family just ordered take out for Lunch, first off; portions are MINISCULE AT BEST(workers literally only give half a portion for what should be 1 portion), Fried Rice has NO FLAVOR, Chowmein Noodles were Not Cooked Fully.

How much more can a place go? Downhill customer service zero. I can remember a time when they greed you and treat you with respect that’s no longer. When they’re open you can’t even order what you want. It’s limited to what they have. I remember if you wanted something they would make it for you. And then when it looks like something’s been out for hours you ask the sample it to make sure it’s what you want. Which I’m pretty sure if you ordered it then returned it. They would accept the return. So now they’re wasting money themselves. They no longer do samples, just idiotic. What they say

I’ve been here a couple of times and nothing stood out (good or bad). Pretty typical panda. My last visit, however, was not great. Both the orange chicken and Beijing beef we’re blobs of mush. Not sure if it was just old, or a new cook, but definitely not interested in testing it out again.

While I was waiting in line, a customer who was eating in the dining room asked the employee to exchange his orange chicken for the fresh batch that just came up. When the employee took the customer’s chicken, she gave him a new portion and dumped his old portion back in with the rest of the chicken. It was one of the worst things I’ve ever seen at a restaurant.
