This was our first visit to the Panda Express at Factoria Mall. While the interior feels a bit dated and could use an update, the overall experience was positive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, serving customers quickly even during a busy time. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and met our expectations for quality. Great customer service really stood out and made the visit enjoyable.

Came to Factoria mall full free parking ️ good area atmosphere is nice and clean love the food I order to go chicken teriyaki and beef chow main at the time to pay I to sit and dine in and when I ask for a bag they told me it cost 8 cents for a bag the issue is not about the 8 cents the issue is I have leftovers in a to go box and they supposed me to give me a bag when I ask her for a bag she refuse to give me !!! And I ask her WHEN CUSTOMERS COME ORDER FOR TO GO U DONT GIVE A PLASTIC BAG ? She lie to me and she says she does not provide a bag for customer I’m really in shock

Poor customer service and super skimpy on their “premium shrimp” bowl we got a T-Mobile deal and ordered online for pickup, the staff didn’t greet us and when we did get greeted they then ignored us and served multiple customers behind us while our food sat on the counter. When we got our food and opened it there were 4 shrimp and very little rice in the bowl, these cost 9$ normally and there’s 4 shrimp? That’s kinda outrageous. Not only very expensive for the amount you get but also the shrimp was cold.
I would not recommend anyone to come here. Only good thing about this place is the lighting and seating.

I bought orange chicken and chow mei , and I double checked I pressed the ORIGINAL orange chicken. Doordasher brings it I start eating, throat becomes itchy burning and I see dark spots on my food… Like chilli on it. Im surprised that no one pays attention to this significant difference. Now what if a child ate it or an elderly person? That’s very dangerous.
