I had been wanting Panda Express for a few days. This is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever had. I understand due to the freshness of the food they is always some variation on the taste.Food looked dry when I opened the plate. The chow mein taste burnt and the super green aren’t seasoned. The only thing good was the orange chicken.

This place closes at 12am but by 9:30pm to 10pm they close the kitchen and start cleaning the kitchen…anything they cook after that is rushed, burnt and dry. I have worked in a fast food restaurant before and we didn’t close the kitchen until 30 min left of our shift…what I got at 10pm was supposed to look like seasame shrimp and steak but instead I got burned crisps steak and a single shrimp…1 a single shrimp instead of shrimp and steak entrée… don’t get me wrong I love panda express but the quality of food and service of this franchise location is giving it a bad reputation…. this hasn’t been the first late night “PANDA” disappointment but I sure hope it’s the last one

My boyfriend and I as well as close friends and family frequent this location whenever we are craving something quick and tasty. The portions here for every order that I had here has been very fair. The food here is always hot and prepared consistently each time. The drinks here are good and never have I ever had a watered down or issue with the flavors of drinks. They keep the inside pretty clean and well stocked.
The staff here has always been friendly or at the very least professional. I have never had any issues with anyone here. The only issue that I get occasionally is that they don’t offer sauces that I ask for in my online order so I just ask for it again when I pick up my order. Other than that, they follow the instructions for online orders very well.

Only leaving a review because I was super impressed with employee Robert. He handle a dinner rush professionally, efficiently, he apologized for the wait, acknowledged everyone coming in, was patient with listening to peoples orders, was clear with direction to other employees, while replenishing the line of food, and doing online orders. Other experiences here is usually a long wait for drive thru so we thought we would try dine in. 5 stars for Robert!

They definitely ration the portions.
I always buy a bigger plate and I barely get full. A lot of the time I contemplate coming here because it is a rip-off with the way that they ration. I hate this place although I love panda.

Went to the drive thru and the second we pulled up they already wanted us to order and when we said give us a second to look at the menu and when we were finally ready she took forever to answer like we were bothering her. We ordered 1 bigger plate half fried rice and half noodles. Got to the window and we handed her our card and she turned her back on us when we were trying to ask her for hot sauce. When we were leaving I checked our order and it was just noodles no fried rice. If you are going to rush us to order maybe you should listen to the actual order and get it right the first time! Don’t rush us cuz now you look like a dummy rushing us and getting our order wrong! A little consideration and patience would be nice like it’s customer service! SMH I lived here for over 25 years and didn’t experience this.

Arrived at the drive-through at 9:06 PM there was only two cars in front of me plus one at the drive-through about to pull off. Here it is 928 and I’m just now getting my food if you’re hungry and in a hurry, don’t waste your time. Also, they expect you to give them pennies, but they won’t give you back pennies the owner of this company or location needs to get with the times no more pennies
