I feel like it doesn’t even matter which location I go to, I dont order teriyaki anymore because EVERY SINGLE TIME I DO im never given sauce. Idk why panda as a whole franchise does this everytime but yea, just dont order teriyaki or if you do triple check your food and bag for the sauce. Super pissed I didnt check because i had 3 orders of teriyaki none of which got sauce on top or on the side.

We enjoy eating at Panda Express. This was the first time at this location. We placed our order, and we were surprised at how small the portions were here. I ordered Orange Chicken, and we had to wait 7 minutes for the chicken. When they gave me my bowl, there were maybe 5 pieces of chicken. My husband ordered the mushroom chicken. When he got his plate, there was no chicken in the mushroom chicken. They told him that’s what happens when they are almost out. Since they didn’t have any mushroom chicken that had chicken in it, they gave him a little container of teriyaki chicken with no sauce. It was a good thing we weren’t that hungry.

Can you tell me why I was just given orange chicken when I ordered string bean chicken? This place just continues to impress me. Wait you’re closing 2 hours so you don’t have any food left? This place needs a new owner and new management.
I was super excited when this place was going to open in town. But it’s managed terribly. They stopped making food a full hour before they close. I just bought $35 worth of food, they asked me to wait in front of the store so they could bring it to me. And then after making me wait for 15 minutes they tell me they don’t have the food. So I’m getting a refund. Very poorly run store. Disappointing and unprofessional.
*** After being unable to deliver my food they refuse to give me a refund and told me to come back and I could get an equal value meal. I’m pretty sure this is illegal. *****

The main reason I’m giving Panda Express a 5-star rating is because Melissa in the drive through told me it would be a shorter wait than it was but apologized and explained what happened and was very kind and helpful about the entire thing. Amazing service from Melissa (03/09/25)

Ok, maybe it’s just me….the food was very good as was the service. But the background noise made it difficult to hear the help at the counter, from one end to the other. Fans were very loud, otherwise the experience would have been a solid 5 .
