Nick the manager is excellent! We came in on a Tuesday night the lobby was a little busy but nick flew through the line no problem the rest of the staffed looked like they were on a mission and working on a team. Oh and the food was delicious

I was there on Black Friday as the only person inside the building and the female running the drive through ignored all questions from her co-workers. She was rolling her eyes constantly and being extremely disrespectful. I don’t understand how you can be that hangry working at a fast food place. Andrew was the only good worker there and should be promoted for actually doing his job, he asked her several questions only to be completely ignored countless times.

Lobby has been closed the last several times I have tried to come here (Drive through only). Extremely slow service, they gave my order to another person then took it back and gave it to me(eww) on top of that I was missing items and had incorrect items. I would highly recommend you go to the panda on the south side of town and avoid this one if at all possible.

The worst panda experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t have what we wanted and we were told we would have a 10 min wait, we opted to get the angus beef, but when we got home the bowl was filled with some spicy beef and shrimp, but at least they charged us extra for something we never wanted in the first place.
The other plate we ordered had chow mein, but it was only cabbage bits and remnants of a few broken noodles, not to mention the smallest side I’ve ever had from a panda. I had bejing beef and there was a random shrimp in the box and string beans? I’m not sure if they scooped the wrong thing and scraped it out, or if this wasn’t the right thing either? Everything was so dry and shriveled it was hard to identify. I’m really glad neither of us had a shellfish allergy.

I was picking up a mobile order and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The restaurant looked clean and tidy. What was not enjoyable was the manager or shift lead screaming at her staff in front of not only me but another customer. She was yelling about dirty tables, and personally I did NOT think that behavior was appropriate. The other staff were great, but that looked incredibly unprofessional. There is a time and place to address those things.

Food really sucked. Meat was all chewy. Food was extremely poorly prepared. Next time look no further than the frozen food section in Trader Joe’s. You could buy 4 times as much food for the amount and you will actually enjoy Trader Joes. I don’t know why they ask about the atmosphere, there is non. The place is sterile. If you are curious about this place, don’t be.

This location is awful. They basically loaded my box with cabbage and put everything on top of it. I found piles of cabbage under both entrees and the chow mein. Normally I wouldn’t be so upset and would just eat it. But the cabbage tastes and smells like rotten pumpkin. So gross! The service here are no good and neither is the atmosphere. The other location is far superior and the service is stellar!

Showed up 7:00pm, 35 minutes before listed closing. Doors locked, dining room lights off, employees scurrying about cleaning restaurant. I was so disappointed. Then I realized there was a dimly lit sign indicating that the drive through was open. I figured it was an accident, but proceeded to the window on foot,my Peterbilt with 53’ trailer would not fit. I was greeted by a very friendly and understanding young lady. Her service in getting my food and turning around my disappointment was 10/10 . She also understood that I was a trucker, and realized I was stuck in town( being most Hwy’s were shut down). She engaged me in conversation about poor road conditions and her understanding of them from where she was from. Pleasant conversation and delicious food!
