Delicious food that is always hot and fresh. To go orders are always packed fully with generous amounts. Online orders have always been accurate, which is a huge deal for us grabbing food when we are running around and really hungry. The staff are always friendly and hard working. *Really appreciate all of these points, as it keeps us coming back and looking forward to our next meal with Panda. Absolutely recommended!

My wife and I entered at 2:00pm. The place was an absolute mess. Behind the counters, quite a few items needed to be restocked… one might say “well it was after the lunch rush”. I’m expected to pay the same. The “beef broccoli” that was left, looked like someone had picked out all of the “beef”… (“Where’s the “BEEF”?) The counter was extremely dirty as was the server, himself. It was disgusting, we turned around and walked out. It was obvious that the staff didn’t care about their personal appearance nor the appearance of the restaurant.
We drove clear across town to the South Panda Express. The staff was clean, pleasant and happy to serve. The food items behind the counter was well stocked and had a pleasing presentation. The restaurant itself was very clean. It was pretty obvious that the staff here cared. The restaurant was about half full/empty at the time.

Everything was fresh and hot. They were out of Orange Chicken, but not a big deal, I love the Beijing Beef so much! It’s just spicy enough, and has the perfect crunch to the edges. The chow mein was delicious- vegetables cooked the right amount. I ordered online and had it all waiting for me.

Positive – Walked in and the place was pretty dead for dinner time. ( That’s positive right ?)
Negative –
No chopsticks
Ordered a medium drink and they were out of cups so was up charged for a large.
Soda machine was not working and just got foam in my coke.
One of our meals the Orange chicken was just one big piece of chicken and we cut it open to find it pink !
This place gone down hill so far. It used to be great for quick Chinese food. Now it’s a crap shoot what your going to get.

I could tell big differences between Grants Pass location and this one in Medford, the food tastes a bit different. The Chow Mein noodles for example, they taste awful, something missing? Just not what brought me here today, and the Walnut Shrimp. The Walnut Shrimp hardly had ANY Walnuts in my serving. Great service and clean dining room, but food somehow not the same!? I’ll stick to Grants Pass location next time.

As far as fast food goes, they are swift and communicative, the food is tasty and the employees are polite and focused. Not always the greatest place to eat in as it’s busy and loud but if I’m getting fast food, I’m eating it in the comfort of my own home so it’s no issue to me.

Really has gone down hill. My orders looked like they where thrown in and all over the place. Teriyaki chicken tasted oven cooked instead of grilled,Had no flavor! There was more air than food. And my bill was larger then the food portions. Very Disappointed! Its one thing to have a small portion but to throw everything in a box and change a large amount is ridiculous! I could see having to wait if your food is out and takes time to cook again but at least give me my moneys worth of food. Very sloppy and staff at drive thru window are rude!

The food was horrible. I love panda express but the food at this location was just nasty. The broccoli beef was gross. Won’t go back to this location again. Tables were all dirty. The employees were really nice and pleasant.

Visited this location on July 12th, ordered a 2 entree plate with orange chicken, black angus steak and white rice. As you can see in the picture, the orange chicken and white rice are of good portion, but my complaint is the laughable amount of meat that was given of the black angus steak. The fact that they are even charging a premium price for this stuff too is absurd. I’m not saying that this is the only store doing this, because I’ve been to plenty all over the US as I travel for work and it’s pretty routine that this is what happens. But this is the least amount I have ever received. The food is good as usual though, make no mistake I am not bashing how it tastes because it tastes fine as it always has, but if you are going to charge someone 8$ for a plate, not to mention the extra $1.25 for a premium selection, at least stay consistent on what is given. Rant over.
