I’m visiting from out-of-state and had lunch at your location. It’s very hard to find polite employees with work ethic. The girl who helped us was so polite and working so fast to make sure everyone was taken care of. Her name tag said Jackie and she was fantastic! Really, the whole team was great.

I was in Panda Express Wednesday afternoon it was a line to the door and there was a consistent line to the door. I believe three ladies were working the buffet two people were back in the kitchen and there may have been another person doing back work. Of course all the orders were different and I watched as they put out one order after the other exactly like it was supposed to be. I mentioned to Toni who was the cashier how everything was just moving and everybody was busy and everybody was getting served. I sit back and watched as I was going through the order line everybody seemed to know their job the timing of the employees when they needed more food upfront was told him amazing. I did get five stars and that wasn’t an accident. And the food I was totally pleased with that too.

An hour and a half before closing I got there right behind a fire crew, the guy was trying to order 20 plates for his fire crew. 5 of 4 different combinations the girls.behind rhe counter were pretty rude to the guys and couldn’t figure out what they wanted.. finally figured it out then told the guys they should have done a catering .he tried to explain they all needed the same amount and can’t get that with catering. Worst part was after the guys left the staff was talking badly about the guys ,saying they didn’t see 20 people why did they need so much food. And didn’t understand why they didn’t do a catering order. Rude to talk about another customer in front of the customers left in the restaurant.

I just had the worse experience in Roseburg. It was before 7 pm and I patiently waited in line noting several empty spots where food normally is. However I found out once it was my turn, that the empty spots were not going to be refilled. The only choice I had was Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. Sesame Chicken was available but it looked like it had been there for a long time. After waiting 40 minutes I begrudgingly took the Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken but neither of those was what I wanted. They close at 10 but no other entrees were being cooked or offered. I will think twice next time for sure! So disappointed!!!!

I just got back from a long trip and picked up dinner for my family. There was a decent wait time, since the cook forgot to drop spring rolls in the fryer while cooking more greens. The staff was super friendly about the experience and offered me extra and a drink for the wait. They apologized multiple times but little did they know, I was more than happy to relax after a long drive. The staff here was awesome and the wait time was enjoyable. I will definitely give them more of my time and money. Worth every penny I spent.

Went in at 8pm to get a late dinner with my daughter. There was a medium sized group ahead of me that took some time to service. No big deal. Line started to build behind us. The employee behind the counter was noticeably angered that more customers had come in when I’m sure ots supposed to be slowing down around 8 not getting slammed. We had a simple order of a couple entree plates, but it felt like the last straw for this person. Very short with us and just wanted the night to be over. The good news was the cashier was very nice, asked if I wanted appetizers, and offered their new rewards app. I downloaded the app in less than a minute andcreated an account in seconds. The cashier restarted the transaction so I could get an extra 25% off my entire order! So great job to that employee for handling the late rush with a smile

Stopped in for takeout not very busy the server had a bad attitude right from the start sounded like she was arguing with the other employees not cool she took it out on the customers she gave small helping of rice and noodles then came to the kung pao chicken it should be called Kung Pao peanuts she took what was left of it and split it in half no chicken or veggies just peanuts my wife and I weren’t Happy at all it a long time before we go back

We come to Panda 1 to 2x per month. We have noticed a steady decline in the service and wait times. They screwed up our order 2x tonight. We had to wait 20 minutes because they were out of everything. Worst experience ever. We still enjoy our orange chicken and sweet fire chicked but the customer service sucks.

Drove all the way from Sutherlin to Roseburg tonight to get Panda Express for my daughter’s birthday and pulled up at 9:45pm and the doors were already locked up they close at 10pm mind you there were at least 4 people inside cleaning and knew we were there ! Even they’re own clock on the wall inside said 9:48 PM still shook they’re heads NO and I called from outside the store no answer then they proceed to point out towards our car laughing and carrying on now if you close at 10pm as posted you should be OPEN and taking you’re last order at 10pm NOT locking up and closing at 9:45pm just saying this was a horrible experience!! I took my business elsewhere tonight
