Horrroble customer service! Oh my.., the gentleman taking drive thru orders right now is atrocious! Very aggressive and monotone, I told him he shouldn’t be in customer service with that attitude… he said nah that’s just how I am! Shocked. Made our dinner experience horrible and after spending a substantial amount of money, very disappointed.

Had a great visit! Very clean place with very stylish decor. Super busy and yet, everything was full and available. Staff were friendly with customers and each other. Food was excellent and fresh. First time at this Panda Express. Coke products with tea options. Large parking lot with ADA right up front. Four people are for under $40. Bigger Plate, Plate, cub meals, extra sides.

Foods never made right, the manager is more concerned with the appearance of herself and her crew rather than running an actually restaurant. Throwing the whole celery and cabbage into the shredder for prep is ridiculous. Get rid of the butt, you’re not saving yourself money, you’re ruining quality costing yourself money in loss of sales.

I ordered a bigger plate and did not get my third entree at all. So, I paid for a bigger plate, but only received a regular plate. In addition, I asked for orange chicken and got teriyaki chicken instead. How can the receipt be accurate, yet the food isn’t? This was super frustrating and not worth driving back into town to fix, so now I’m out an extra $1.50 and have only 1 entree of what I asked for. Super annoyed.

During a recent visit with my 14-year-old son, I witnessed an interaction that made me uncomfortable as a customer and as a parent.
A male employee loudly asked a female coworker, “where’s my hug at?” in front of customers. What stood out was the immediate reaction: the female employees stopped interacting with him, avoided eye contact, and an awkward silence followed. No one went to give him a hug. The employee then tried to play it off as a joke, but it clearly wasn’t received that way.
From a customer’s perspective, it came across as harassing in nature and unprofessional for a workplace. It actually opened up an unexpected conversation between me and my son about how “where’s-my-hug” behavior is typically received in the workplace, why it often makes coworkers uncomfortable, and why it’s something to avoid entirely.
While I appreciate the opportunity to give my son a real-world lesson about appropriate workplace behavior and respecting boundaries, it’s a lesson that shouldn’t have had to come from something happening inside a restaurant. Employees should be able to work without being put in situations like this, and customers — especially families — shouldn’t be exposed to it.

Wow it’s been less than a year and the staff already seem like they could care less, as evidenced by the total lack of engagement with customers, a cold attitude and hey even though you forgot to add even a single piece of shrimp in my premium charged entree of “shrimp and steak” – at least you gave us an ENTIRE CABBAGE CORE to make up for it.

Food was delicious as usual, the service was below par. Usually we have a great experience, I don’t know if it was just an off day or what. When I ordered in the drive through I was told 2 different prices, when I get to the window I am told an entirly different price and one that was more then I was expecting. I was only trying to advise the person at the window of the mixup and I was met with so much attitude it made me very uncomfortable. Then I wanted to check the receipt, only to see that there was no information about price only that there was what I ordered. Now I dont know if thats how it usually is, but that just feels odd to me.
I hope that it was just an off day and they are feeling better soon, but I dont appreciate that they took it out on me.

The amount of time that a gang of people will stand by the pick up shelf before any one of the 8-10 people working acknowledge you’re existence is pretty astounding to be honest. This was the 3rd consecutive time that I have placed a mobile order, shown up after the quoted ready time, and it was still not ready. This isn’t a gap from the people who work here, but from a technology standpoint this seems to be a reoccurring issue where times are prompted without existing order ques factored in correctly. Tonight I used my points to get a free bowl. I was quoted it being ready at 7:40. I walked in at 7:47 – and was there for almost 10 minutes before someone asked me what name I was waiting on. When I told him he said “oh! I’m glad you’re here, because we’re out of the white rice for your bowl and won’t have more for about 40 minutes” first off… what? 40 minutes for white rice? he proceeds to list off the other sides which my picky eater will not touch and although I wasn’t sharing my actual frustration with him I told him there’s no way my child would eat those and settled with fried rice. it was such a disappointing experience… yet again. to use points and then not get what you order, wait almost 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up and also have no acknowledgment around any of that is wild. Go to sum yan. They are so sweet, and they are very timely with delicious food to boot. I was so excited for this panda to open and have had nothing but underwhelming experiences.

Gave me the wrong order. Asked for a plate with Kung pow chicken and fried rice and they gave me orange chicken or something whatever this is. Very disappointed.
