Wow! Just wow! All of the staff working around 5:30 pm on 10/09/25 are amazing. Lines were crazy long for drive thru as well as inside and as I was in the restaurant placing my order I was left so impressed by the fast pace of the team members. Everyone working together to provide quick and efficient service was definitely admirable. Most importantly despite the hectic rush everyone was delivering kind customer service. All the staff was smiling and being so polite despite how slammed they were. Ive never had such an amazing experience anywhere that ive gone let alone while its been as busy as it was. Much respect to these incredible hard working individuals!!!

I will stop going here. I have left 4 times before due to walking in and finding them out of several foods including one I would have ordered. This night, I really was hungry and did not feel like driving around to find another place to order so I waited. I was also curious about how much time it would take. The line in the drive-thru was very long so I went inside. That line wound around and went back out the door, but they had the dishes I wanted. There was over half a bowl of orange chicken but within 10 minutes, it was all gone, and then they ordered more. What!? This is a staple item, why would they wait till it is all gone when it was so busy? That is just one example that told me why they are out of food so often. So, I had my food (the orange chicken was again almost gone by the time I was able to order) in about 25 minutes. This is not fast food. They seemed to have enough people but, from what I witnessed, someone may need to help them with organization.

I love panda express chow mein. For some reason this time it tasted like dish soap water. I don’t think they are properly rinsing pans or something. It just tasted off. The noodles have definitely gotten more thin, more of a corporate issue than this particular location. The chicken and shrimp were delicious though.

The Mexican lady with glasses that tries working the drive through is the definition of useless, messed up my order, didn’t even want a refund, just wanted to be attended by someone competent who could make noodle and chicken in a plate. Not coming back as long as she works here, garbage service from her.

What can I say about my experience? I ordered through the app to be ready at 7:45 Did not get my food till eight when I asked if my food was ready again, they just started making it all the time I saw was just gossiping playing around with coworkers. It’s called a job high school school is over.
I will be taking the extra mile and go to a different location. It’s the same timeframe either way because of all the lollygagging.

UPDATE: After waiting 40 minutes for my food, when my husband got home he opened his box (honey walnut shrimp) and despite it even saying ON THE LABEL honey walnut shrimp, it was the honey sesame chicken breast. To say I’m never coming back is an understatement. I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid this location. We paid an extra $4.50 for the shrimp and instead got chicken none of us will eat. Fuming.

DO NOT DO ONLINE PICKUP. I don’t think I’ve ever been so frustrated with a restaurant in my life. I put in a pickup order at 6:09PM tonight. My confirmation email said it would be ready at 6:37. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:43, walked in hoping to grab my order and get home, that’s why I did the online order instead of just showing up and standing in line. Bad plan, because I could have gone through the line and had my food 3 times before my order was ready! They finally called my order at 7:20! There was one employee working on the online orders, and 15 orders in the queue to be picked up. A couple of the people sitting near the order pickup had been there longer than I had when I left with my food. Absolutely infuriating, do not order online pickup, if you are absolutely craving Panda either walk in and wait in line or go to the Keizer location. There’s no way that I could figure out to cancel an order once it’s made, or I might have just gone through the line instead.

We decided to check out the newly opened Panda Express since we haven’t had any PE for over two years now. It was pretty good! I was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and tasted fresh, the portions were big, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for a “fast food” place especially considering how the majority of other fast food joints have doubled, tripled, or quadrupled their prices lately. It was only 11.50$ at the time of this review for a three entree plate, and it was such a large plate I couldn’t finish the meal and now have leftovers waiting for me tomorrow. I thought the new Hot Ones chicken was actually pretty good, and it had a kick to it unlike other “spicy” options which really are not spicy at all. The only thing I found strange is they don’t offer a free cup of water, you have to pay if you want a small cup of water. All in all we enjoyed our meal, the building looked very shiny and new, the girls working the drive thru were nice, and most importantly the food was pretty good.

Super short and rude. Very slow drive through. Had to go inside to get additional sauces because they never gave them to me, never offered and closed the window on me immediately after handing the food without giving me an opportunity to speak with them or ask any questions. Also if you don’t like paper straws don’t go here or do not get something that you need a straw. They do not provide any options for plastic straws

The lady who was working the drive through was sick and coughing, on top of having a garbage attitude, both with myself, my partner, and her own coworkers. Do better as a company, sick people who can’t communicate need to stay home

Went through drive thru, about 9pm tonight. Had to wait at the window for a bit for food but wasn’t bad, but then got told to pull around to the front to wait for one of my entrees to be finished. Just to wait longer and get home to see they didn’t even put the entree I waited for on my plate. Almost crashed out, but aye it’s Salem and Friday. Do better.
