I am writing to report a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience I had with a Panda Express location last night. I placed an order through DoorDash totaling approximately $40. Over the course of the night, three different DoorDash drivers went to pick up my order and each one canceled after arriving at the restaurant. This already put me and my family in a difficult position, as we were waiting for dinner.

After the third cancellation, I called the restaurant to check on my order and was told by the manager that she could not locate it, even after I provided the confirmation number. At this point, I decided to drive to the location myself.

When I arrived, a young cashier was confused at first but eventually found my order sitting on the counter. The food was noticeably cold. I politely asked if it could be remade. Before he could assist me, the manager came over and questioned my name and the order name. I explained I was frustrated because my kids were hungry, multiple drivers had canceled, and I had already received conflicting information on the phone.

Instead of helping resolve the issue, the manager accused me of being rude, refused to remake the food, and stated she would not work with me. She offered no solution at all, and eventually ignored me completely. I left the store without my order, even more upset.

Shortly after, DoorDash informed me that they never canceled my order. A fourth driver later attempted to pick it up and was told by the restaurant that I had come in and canceled it myself, which is entirely false. This caused even further delays and confusion. In the end, neither my children, my partner, nor I ate dinner that night.

From a customer standpoint, this was the worst experience I have ever had with Panda Express or DoorDash. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and misled. I believe my family and I deserve not only an apology but also appropriate compensation for the time, money, and stress this situation caused.

I came in with my fiancee to place a very big catering order for at least 300-500 dollars for a family gathering we have coming up. Unfortunately I had to use the restroom before doing so , so I asked for the restroom code, I immediately got told ” What’s your order cause you not buy nothing yet and restroom not for public use” by some heavy set Hispanic lady. Who then told my fiancee we don’t ” let outside people use the restroom” so we decided to leave and not spend our money here.

Yeah the food wasn’t that good. Like it use to be. I had the fried rice. Beef and broccoli and walnut shrimp. The food wasn’t hot. It was like Luke warm. Beef and broccoli had a weird taste to it. Like they put vinger in it. The rice was still litte hard. Not cooked all the way through. Just wasn’t happy this time around. This is why I really don’t go to fast food. The food is a hit and miss. So this was a waste of my money.

I would have given 5 stars. There was a guy who gave me less than a scoop per meal , his coworker did better. Please train them well. Food is yummy and awesome . Good vibe at the place. I am a regular they give you rewards as refund credits to your card. It never happened before at this place. See pics for comps

The line to order was huge and the orders were long, but the workers were calm, efficient, and welcoming. I would definitely come back. I might have spent 25 minutes in line but it was worth it as they were continuously making new batches of hot fresh food. There were a total of 5 employees there and they were able to hold the fort down during the rush hour dinner peak on a Sunday evening.

Bad service
I had a very bad experience with my order at Panda. My order took more than 20 minutes, and one of the staff members did not help me at all. I waited for assistance, but no one helped me until I was forced to cancel my order. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. I continuously asked for teriyaki sauce because I didn’t want to eat my chicken dry (as this has happened before) when I got ready to pay I asked if there was teriyaki sauce in the bag and on my chicken I was answered with an yes… moral of the story my chicken is dry cuz I don’t have the yaki sauce
