Whenever i get my nails done (once every month/ another month) me and my dad come here after to get lunch. i love the food, we always come inside the restaurant . i feel like it’s quicker and they do it infront of you sso if they mess up you can easily let them know.
I find staff here super sweet. I love sweet n sour sauce and sso does my dad he always asks to add an ‘unholy’ amount of the packets, last time the lady grabbed a handful and few more and put them in the bag. which i think is hilarious in a good way. only thing is, usually when we come in there’s like a loud-ish family and whatnot which is understandable or uncomfortable. or there’s just literally no one inside.
it’s truly a great place. prices are spot on and sso is the food!!

Came in to get panda for dinner tonight for me and my sister, and got 2 plates both with orange chicken and their sides. Well he gave us both hot orange chicken which my sis didn’t eat, and completely forgot my whole other side. Now i didn’t notice until i got all the way home. Decided it wasnt worth it to drive back at this point i was already very frustrated and hungry. They were a little busy, but thats no excuse to completely butcher someones order. but i will say this location is not great. Bad experience for me and my sister.

The workers today were so kind! I made a mistake in the app and they were quick to fix it and help me out on the spot! The food was fresh and cooked perfect. I had the walnut shrimp, orange chicken, greens, fried rice and rangoons, all of it delicious! Thanks again (picture was after I ate some of the shrimp, great portions)

I just got home with our order. Plate with Orange Chicken and white rice, normally a favorite, but not this time. Good thing I’m trying to slim down, because I couldn’t eat it all. The rice had crunch balls in it, and the orange chicken had a few crunchy balls and pieces that weren’t even chewable. The 2nd plate, my daughters, was Honey Walnut shrimp, Orange chicken and rice. Fortunately, she’s recovering from a recent surgery, and couldn’t eat more than 2 bites, but it was also due to finding some unidentified “Food”object.This was the worst experience we’ve had.

Let’s do another update again I guess
1/7/2022: stopped in to grab my family dinner typical busy night drive through 6 cars back took over 20 minutes to get through the line (not a huge deal) I order my wife’s food, then I go to order mine and I’m told they’re now out of that cause apparently what I got my wife (string bean chicken) was the last of it. Wasn’t offered to wait for new so apparently just out for the night even though it’s only 6:30pm. Shame on me again I guess for not checking get home and low and behold missing part of my order. Would waste more in fuel to drive back than what it’s worth. All I can say is DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT! 5 times now orders are messed up. One time I even had a card from corporate for them messing up my order used it checked my order it was wrong went inside and while they were fixing it and was watching them had to stop them from messing it up again.
Horrible experience worse than McMinnville location. No teriyaki chicken for the rest of the night, no string bean chicken for the rest of the night who knows what else when they’re open for another 3.5 hours. Drive through and inside packed. Paid for two orders of spring rolls that we never got and dry food. Just all around bad.(this review 8 months prior)
Update – 6-25-2020 cause I’m irritated again with this place. Forgot two of my entrees this time and something is all over in the bag but not coming from the dishes we ordered. If you look closely you’ll see the spring rolls bag was so soaked it tore open. Too far of a drive to go back for missing items but upsets you when your order is not complete!

Went to give this place another try…. I ordered double broccoli beef. Broccoli looks like.it jas been sitting awhile and I got 3 small pieces of beef. There is no care there and it shows. With the food they give out. How is this location still there.
Update: this is still the worst panda!!! I wanted to give this another try but I can’t believe how poorly this location is ran. I get they get busy but you need more staff cooking food esp on a weekend. I placed my order and after 30 minutes I am still waiting for my food and have not received it.. When i was told only a 10 minute wait One of the slowest panda express i have seen. I understand they are new but the wait time shouldn’t be that long. A week ago I went in at 7pm and mostly everything was empty. Tonight I went through drive thru there were 3 cars ahead of me it took 40 minutes to order my food and receive it. I wouldn’t of waited that long but there was a car behind me and I was stuck. I added a pic of what it usually looks like. Many empty pans

I ordered 12 rangoons in my large order and I specifically asked for extra sweet and sour when I looked in my bag I got 3
Went back to ask for 5 more and the employee was talking bad about me before I even walked out the door, I heard him. I paid no attention to his disrespect to the customer hopefully he is talked to by management.

I have been here once, and the food was good. However, we had an extra wait because they had run out of orange chicken. There was a manager on duty and even though nobody was complaining, he got us all free drinks as an apology for the wait. That was very nice.

How many visits does it take to get an order right at this Panda Express! Do yourself a favor don’t pull away from the window until you open up your container and look to see if you got what you ordered. Even when they give you a free meal for the mixup they’ll mix up the free meal. This is my last trip. No more panda express in Newberg for our family. Does that look like orange chicken? How about when they had the chicken and green beans but they gave you chicken and no green beans? The spicy chicken that they gave me instead of orange chicken was over sauce and was burning my mouth. They told me to bring it back. I just got home from Newberg I live in King city.
