I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Panda Express. I ordered a chicken dish, expecting a tasty and clean meal, but what I found was completely unacceptable. To my horror, I discovered a gnat cooked right into my chicken. It was not only disgusting but also raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards. This experience has definitely shaken my trust in Panda Express, and I will think twice before dining there again. Highly recommend they improve their cleanliness and quality control to prevent such incidents in the future.

The employees here do not disappoint people!!! I’ve came around 10 pm a few times expecting it to not hit because it’s almost closing, NOPE! the portions BIG and the food is always fresh when I come. This panda team is doing it right 🙂

This location always seems to be great to me. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is done well and quickly made when running low or out.
* To the people who can’t handle spicy. None of this is spicy but the ones that are supposed to be “spicy” are always notated with a ️ mark. If you’re not sure then just get a sample!

Staff was awesome and the food was nice and warm. I wish we would of taken pictures but after a all day of no eating, that was the last of my worries. Everything was delicious and the staff was just amazing. Thank yoi for putting up with my 1min indecisiveness . 10/10

I tried to order party size chew mein. The guy didnt know what I was talking about. So he grab the large. I said no its the 15.00 one and its big. He turned around and asked someone about it. Then turned someone else and asked. All 3 walked away from me. Im not going to beg for a place to take my money.

I called to let them know my orange chicken was to spicy for my kids to eat i spent $40 on the meal when i tried to call in to let them know the order was messed up they acted like they couldn’t here me and hung up the phone 3 times on the last call they said no I can’t hear you before hanging up the phone I believe they gave me king pao chicken instead of orange chicken. issue never resolved never spoke to a manager terrible customer service My mother called yesterday as well to get the issue resolved and they hung up on her and acted like they couldn’t hear her as well so it’s not a one off thing this is their normal response when asking for a manager

The Asian lady in the drive thru is one of the most rude people I’ve ever dealt with in a panda! She shouldn’t be allowed to work with people and should be in the back washing dishes with her bad attitude so people don’t have to deal with her. I would recommend not ever going to this location.
