I just went to eat at this panda location at 11:45 am and they literally had only yesterday’s food for sale. I asked the manager in a black shirt, if I could have fresh orange chicken and beef broccoli. I didn’t want to eat the little bit of dry food they had from the night before. He said, yes. You’ll have to wait five minutes for fresh food. I got my food and they put fresh orange, chicken and beef broccoli mixed in with dried up food from the night before. Not good. I spent 30 dollars today and didn’t get to eat anything because I felt it was gross.

45 minutes for online order you said would be ready in 12. You must do better. You have a systemic issue with online orders during rush hour. My food stayed on the counter for 30 min waiting on one item and getting cold… then forgotten. If you don’t respond directly on this review, I will understand you have no wish to fix this critical flaw in your business and you will continue to lose customers.

First you need a way to measure how long it takes to complete each online order. Right now the bag is handed over to the customer without anytime stamp of when the order was completed. How do you know if you have a problem with service time with online orders unless you measure it? Second: brainstorm with your team on where the issues are and how to improve speed and service. Third: after changes, measure again the service time and keep what works. Do this each time and your service will improve. And if not you will know it even before reviews like this one comes up. Don’t make your customers have to tell you have the same systemic problem month after month. Fix it! And stop apologizing.

I went in to get few plates but it was already 5-6ppl waiting in line. The place looked so busy but they were under staffed. But the staff was very nice people and I can see he was trying his best to get things done.
I think the management is not well, but the food and service were nice! I would go back! Maybe on less busy hours

My husband and I ordered lunch for the 4 of us today. We eat here often due to busy life and work schedules. We usually know what to expect from flavor, portion sizes, sides, entrees, etc.
Today however the service, portions, flavors and food were sub par at best. The orange chicken tasted different and the texture was soggy. The portions were scarce and the service was unsatisfactory with limited to no communication and awkward answers to simple questions.
Very disappointing especially since we love Panda Express.

This place is terrible! Service is slow, don’t order ahead or it’s NEVER ready on time! I had to wait an hour for my food and there was someone ahead who had already waited for her food for over an hour and she just ordered one meal! Also is management allergic to acknowledging anyone? I would love to say waiting for your food for a long time is a one off but no it’s doesn’t matter what time you order or how non busy that place is, you will STILL wait a long time for your food.

About a month ago I ordered online. Received text message order was ready. When I arrived my order wasn’t ready because they were out of the item. Had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. Today I went in to pick up my order and the cashier ignored me the entire time I was there. At one point she nearly plowed through me to get to the fountain machine. No excuse me no apology. I waited ther for 10 minutes before walking out. Other people were showing up for thier online orders and were being ignored also.

I come to this location a majority of the time as it is close to me. Today I had went in and one of the managers Will was on his phone talking idk about what. But then took my order.Last time I was serviced by him portions weren’t that good neither. Didn’t enjoy the customer service from him as I do with others. The staff to task organization, wait times and consistency/quality of food and overall management at this location are absolute and utter garbage.

So much so, that we live next door and literally, happily drive across town to go to a different location!

~~~~~ MOST RECENT VISIT ~~~~~

Unfortunately we regrettably, accidentally forgot to change our location when we ordered online so our order was submitted to this location instead of the one across town in Central Beaverton.

After waiting 20 minutes for the order to be ready I never received a text message saying so from Panada (as their system normally does when they complete assemblying the order and scan it).

I proceeded inside (2 hours before close mind you) to inquire if the order was ready. The employee at the register informed me they were all out of the Sweetfire Chicken Breast we selected for four of our five entrees (yes 4 entrees, pretty much our entire order aside from rice, most of which was hard as a rock). The employee then asked what entrees we would like instead.

Seeing as they only had 3 entree items prepared (one of which we are allergic to), I instead asked to have the order refunded so I could head to a Panda different location.

After waiting several minutes of watching the 2 floor employees discuss amongst themselves then approach the manager who seemed to be placing food orders on a computer in the back corner, the employee at the register finally returned and stated that they were going to make some more of the sweetfire chicken breast and that the wait would be 7 minutes.

I hesitantly agreed to the wait, even though I should have known better and was already upset that we would be waiting 30 minutes AGAIN for our food they didn’t have, but suddenly decided to make when we wouldn’t substitute our entrees for something more convenient for them.

This turned out to be a huge mistake, as we got home and opened our food we found that the ala carte carton wasn’t even halfway full, most of the fried rice was hard a rock (everything you see in the rice picture is hard) and the employees had MISSED AN ENTIRE ENTREE in the to-go boxes!

So after waiting more than 30 minutes for our food (took 14 minutes for the Sweetfire Chicken Breast, not 7 as they claim) we received an order missing an entree, fried rice that was literally cooked into a rock and a reminder of what a failure this Panda Express Location is…

Who checked our food before scanning it as complete? And why is there never any floor management oversight??

~~~~~ PREVIOUS REVIEW ~~~~~
The last time we purposely went to this location we placed an Online Order, waited 15 minutes AFTER our pick up time to get cold, hard as a rock rice, food.

The extented wait was supposedly going to be 7 minutes for fresh orange chicken (still confused why it wasn’t made in the 20 minutes leading up to our Pick Up Time or why it took 15 additional minutes instead of 7 I was told when I arrived).

Then when I could see the food was ready and set my order on the shelf (35 minutes after Ordering Online) they didn’t call my name so I asked for the order using my first and last name. I was then asked by an employee to show proof of the order via the application and when I informed them I didn’t have any application they then stated with much attitude “well then how did you place a mobile order?”. I responded very confused with “On your website?”.

I then had to find the email confirmation in my email to show the employee before they would give my cold food, even though I had given them my complete name and all they checked on the email was my name. And yes, almost 40 minutes in since I placed my order and my two sides, two entrees were all cold and the 3rd entree carton of orange chicken was barely half full.

What a joke.
