The food was not the best quality. It was beginning of rush I get that it got busy fast some of the staff busting their butts. None happy, feeling tge pressure. I understand people suck and working customer service sucks but if you during rush while working the front counter decide to holler down the line and talk about the taste of last night’s chicken and being kind of off instead of ringing the customers in front of you up you should probably be somewhere else.. Nami was very unprofessional and when asked for my order to be corrected she rolled her eyes and still got it wrong charged me for it anyway and didnt add the sauce which was another eye roll… Overall probably the worst panda expirence I have had…

Go to Panda on TV highway! Always has great food and amazing service. It’s worth the extra drive

After running my card when the only thing left to do was hand me my food, cashier Michelle G had a full 2 minute conversation with her male coworker instead of handing my food. This was after I waited for a good 10 minutes for her to return from the back while my food sat on the counter getting cold. I dined in, and saw her do this to someone else; choosing instead to hug different coworker, talking and horsing around instead of checking them out. She also would continue to disappear with a long line of customers waiting with the only thing left to do but check out. Other workers were working fast getting food into boxes, but this caused a lot of food to get cold on the counter since cashier wasn’t present.

DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE! I’ve had multiple extremely negative experiences picking up orders from this Panda Express location, and it’s not an isolated incident — it seems like a consistent issue with staff attitude, training, and management.

Incident #1: I waited nearly 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though the order was sitting on the pickup shelf the entire time. Several employees glanced at me and walked past me repeatedly while I stood at the pickup area with my phone out, clearly waiting. When someone finally approached, the attitude was cold, rude, and impatient — like I was inconveniencing them by simply doing my job.

Incident #2: Another pickup took 35–40 minutes. I was ignored for about 20 minutes while they prioritized the line of in-person customers. Then another delivery driver walked in (a man) and was acknowledged immediately, while I continued to be ignored even after they helped him.

Incident #3: I came in during late hours when it wasn’t busy and several employees were just standing around. One staff member made direct eye contact with me, gave a cold look, and walked away to the back. No greeting, no “we’ll be with you soon,” nothing — I was left waiting unnecessarily again.

I don’t make these claims lightly, but the treatment here comes across as targeted at times and feels like bias toward certain people — whether they’re delivery drivers or customers. Regardless of the reason, this location needs serious customer service training and stronger management.

At this point, I decline every order from this location no matter the pay because it’s that unreliable and stressful. I will not return as a driver or customer.

Last night my wife decided to order food from here and some of the food was raw and we didn’t receive our drinks so she calls and the lady on the phone tells her bring in the receipt and we’ll remake it so I go up for her and give them the receipt and explain and the manager said what was wrong with the order and I said raw food and she proceeded to laugh and walk away the employee had to say bro you don’t laugh at stuff like that and I shouted and the drinks we didn’t get the drinks she came back and said you didn’t get the drinks with attitude then looked at their delivery shelf and saw one of the drinks and peeled half the label off it and put it on the counter and made the other then said u can wait five minutes for what you want or sub I said I’d wait I hear them making jokes about it my food gets done she gives it to the one give says give it too him with the drinks he looked at the drinks and said these drinks questioning them and she said yes the remade food was over okayish it was at least cooked the stuff I said was raw was was cooked but no one likes a waterd down warm drink

This location is very close to my house, but unfortunately every time we go there this cashier lady is so rude, Emily A and never ever would greet you and when you ask for something she would answer with her face the other way . Like she would talk to you or answer you with back of her head! Last time she was serving us same things and if , asked if the food is fresh instead of answering they would get mad at you right at your face! Can someone from management bring a good customer service here please!!

Food is good but there was a hair inside the foox box. Maybe it’s accident. That’s fine.

For the service, I took my daughter come here for her dinner and asked a 3-4 questions related to order but Cashier girl at 7pm on Saturday 07/17 didn’t have enough patience for a kid. She just focus on taking order, never smile.

Black pepper beef Angus – This is premium order and it’s also my favor but i won’t recommend you try it anymore.

I recently visited a location of Panda Express and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The lady employee working the night shift was quite rude, and her tone made it seem as though she was upset while speaking to me. Additionally, the portion size I received was noticeably smaller—about half the size—compared to other locations I’ve visited. Although the surrounding area is nice, this experience has made me hesitant to return.

Possibly the worst location in the area. Arrived just after 11am and they were nearly out of several items, several others hadn’t even been prepared. There were exactly 2 staff working. The single person playing food was working on an order, I stood there for 5 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged so we left. As we walked back to the car, the manager was outside cleaning his car windows completely unaware of what was happening
